王慶堂Wang Ching-Tang2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71157學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立臺灣體育運動大學系所名稱：運動管理學系碩士班學號：19705007畢業學年度：100年論文頁數：46頁　　本研究旨在探討99年全民運動會參與者動機與滿意度。採用問卷調查法，採便利抽樣的方式進行，於2010年10月22日至26日在臺中市全民運動會舉辦場地進行問卷調查，有效問卷416份，採用SPSS 10.0版進行統計分析，以α= .05為顯著水準進行統計考驗。結果得知男性有較高之運動參與態度，年齡在16至25雖之間之參與者佔整體之67.07％，達到三分之二的參與者屬年輕之族群，高學歷族群對運動參與之意願與動機較強，高達八成以上之參與者月收入未達新台幣30,000元。參與動機四個因素構面中，「健康與活動」得分4.389最高，其次為「社會與人際關係」得分4.345，第三為「自我挑戰」得分3.959，最後為「心理紓壓」得分為3.890。參與滿意度三個因素構面中，滿意較高者為「專業滿意度」得分3.953，其次為「硬體滿意度」得分3.834，最後為「服務滿意度」得分為3.730。　　This study discusses the 2010 People’s Games participant motivation and satisfaction. Questionnaire was used convenience sampling, the People’s Games hold in Taichung City, the venue for 22 to 26 October 2010, a survey of 416 valid questionnaires were using SPSS version 10.0 for statistical analysis to α =. 05 . Results indicated that higher sports participation in the attitude of men, age 16-25, although between the participants accounted for 67.07% of the total, two-thirds of the participants are young of the ethnic group involved in the willingness of highly educated populations in sports and motivation, more than 80% of participants monthly income of less than NT $ 30,000. Dimensions of motivation four factors involved in the health and activity score of 4.389, followed by the "social relationships" score 4.345 and 3.959 of the third score for the "self-challenge", the final score for "mental stress relief." 3.890.
