楊峰州Yang, Feng-Chou2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70789學位類別:碩士校院名稱:國立台灣體育大學系所名稱:休閒運動管理研究所學號:19502012畢業學年度:96年論文頁數:96頁  研究指出運動員與運動愛好者有相類似的性格,這些性格包含有開朗、積極、友善與較具社交型的人格偏態。換句話說長時間從事某種特定的運動確實會影響性格的塑造。   本研究的目的在探討較長時間從事跆拳道運動與學習及參與對應性格之間的關係,並且期望研究之發現可以讓教練、家長更加了解他們的學生與顧客。研究樣本採立意抽樣法,選取15所大學的跆拳社團與15個跆拳道館,共發放300份問卷,回收244份(N=244),研究工具為中文版的基本人格測驗量表(CBPI, Jackson, 1996),共檢測慮病、抑鬱、人際問題、迫害感、焦慮、虛幻感、衝動、內向、自貶、異常共10項人格指標。利用描述性統計比對全國常模及利用ANOVA分析人口統計變項之間的關係。研究結果發現十項人格指標與跆拳道學員多項的人口統計變項具有顯著的相關,並且支持一段時間的跆拳學習之後,確實影響性格的變化。   研究建議跆拳教練注意,跆拳運動學習確可影響性格,並建議家長與學習者盡量鼓勵學習、促進正面人格的養成與維持體能的健康。  Many researches has indicated that sports fan and athletic sharing similar characteristics, many of them are open minded, aggressive, friendly, and social type of people. In other words, sport does shape the personality when people involve in a long term participation in specific sport learning. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between leisure time Taekwondo (TKD) participation and its effects to the individual's personality. Another intention was to discover the learning effect and raise suggestions to the TKD trainers and coaches for better understanding about their "customers". Samples were selected by purposive sampling from 15 TKD learning groups in universities and 15 community training centres in Taiwan, 300 were given with the return number of 244 (N=244) , instrument of this study was Chinese Basic Personality Inventory (CBPI, Jackson, 1996) to implement the variables analysis of ten personality indexes after learner experienced a period of TKD training. Target indexes of this study include 1 Hypochondriasis,2 Depression,3 Interpersonal Problems, 4 Persecutory Ideas, 5 Anxiety, 6 Thinking Disorder, 7 Impulses Expression, 8 Social Introversion, 9 Self Depreciation and 10 Deviation. Descriptive statistics are manipulated to compare with national norm and ANVOA were involved to determine the relationship between demographic variables and 10 BPI indexes. Findings reveal that several significant relationships are existed between 10 target personality indexes and several demographic factors. The results indicate the learning of TKD does shape specific personality and traits in several aspects.
