羅雅柔Lo, Ya-Jou2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70963學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育大學系所名稱：體育舞蹈學系碩士班學號：19703008畢業學年度：98年論文頁數：83頁　　本研究旨於探討高等教育專業課程培育之就業能力是否可與就業市場接軌，因此研究者以一所大學舞蹈系十年畢業生之就業狀況分析市場需求，發現就業市場趨勢為休閒健康指標的休閒舞蹈運動，因此深入探討舞蹈系專業課程是否滿足就業需求，而研究者透過一所大學舞蹈系二、三、四年級生共計136位及該校舞蹈系十年畢業生共計428位為研究對象以問卷調查、電訪方式及育成中心資料收集，藉由描述性統計描述畢業生就業狀況與在校生就業選擇、課程規劃、師資條件和輔導機制之滿意度情形，並且利用卡方檢定方法分析就業狀況與在校生就業選擇之關聯性。 　　本研究共發放154份問卷，經回收統整有效問卷共有136份，透過統計方法分析後得到結果如下：一、畢業生就業狀況顯示舞蹈就業市場需求逐漸由專業舞蹈趨向於休閒舞蹈類型；二、畢業生就業狀況與在校生選擇就業方向之關聯性有顯著差異；三、在校生就業方向選擇與課程規劃目標關聯性達六成以上滿意情形；四、在校生對於課程規劃表示五成以上滿意情形；五、九成以上在校生表示認同師資條件因素影響培育就業能力；六、在校生對於輔導機制實施表示八成以上滿意情形。　　The paper aims to study if capabilities obtained from professional courses of high-class education can match the requirement in employment market. Probing into a ten-year employment situation of the dance department graduates in a college, the researcher finds the recreational dancing is the current trend of employment. With 136 sophomores, juniors, and seniors in a dance department as well as 428 graduates of past ten years in the same department as the sample, by questionnaire, telephone interview, and data collecting from the incubation center, the researcher not only uses descriptive statistics to display graduates’ employment situation and students’ satisfaction in job preference, course planning, teachers condition, and counseling guidance, but analyzes the correlation between employment situation and students’ job preference by Chi-square test. 　　The paper collects 136 effective questionnaires based on 154 ones released and uses statistics to have the following results. 1. Graduates employment reveals recreational dancing comes to be the main requirement of employment market. 2. There is significant difference in the correlation between graduates employment and students job preference. 3. Satisfaction level is more than 60% in the correlation between students’ job preference and course planning target. 4. There is more than 50% in students’ satisfaction level in course planning. 5. More than 90% students agree the teacher condition affects culturing employment capabilities. 6.
