盂峻瑋Yu, Jun-Wei2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71251學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立臺灣體育運動大學系所名稱：體育研究所學號：10001011畢業學年度：101年論文頁數：273頁　　本研究旨在藉由探討臺中市力行國小少棒隊的成軍歷史、緣由和背景，一窺臺中市基層棒球的發展，透過文獻的收集與訪談力行國小之畢業少棒選手、學校行政人員、學校高年級導師和力行國小少棒隊總教練了解成立少棒隊可能面對到的困難與如何能永續經營並在全臺少棒中佔有一席之地。最後從研究中獲得結論，並提供更多發展少棒運動的學校一些意見，期許有關當局能夠瞭解發展基層棒球可能面對到的困境所在，多給予關懷、支持、鼓勵與掌聲。 　　而本研究推論出張振楠教練能連續帶領力行少棒20幾年，有幾項特點可供參考，會帶兵、懂行銷、人脈廣、有經驗、善用資源、與校方配合、來者不拒與全心投入。最後筆者做完本研究對於少棒的歷史有感而發，發現出要維持一團隊長久經營實在不易，且要保留並整理這修史料更是不易，如何妥善保存這些臺灣棒球歷史的一部分也是值得大家來共同努力的。　　This study aims to review the development of grassroots baseball in Taichung City. Through literature collection and interviews with alumnus from Li-Sing Elementary School, administrative staff, tutors of the senior grades, and the head coach, the research acknowledges the difficulties of setting up a baseball team and the problems of achieving sustainable operation, as well as occupying an importance in Taiwan’s little league baseball. Some conclusions are drawn from the study, and some suggestions are proposed for the schools to develop baseball. The author expects the authorities could understand the difficulties grassroots baseball is facing, and hope they could offer more care, support, encouragement and applause. 　　The study summarizes that since Chang Cheng-Nan who has led the Li-Sing baseball team for more than twenty years, he could provide others with his following experiences. He is good at leading, marketing and social relationship. He is experienced and cooperative with the school, and can make good use of resources. In addition, he is patient and fully devoted. In the end, the author has the following suggestions related to the history of little league baseball. It is very difficult to maintain a team for a long period of time, and it is even harder to keep and analyze the historical materials.
