體育學系暨研究所2018-04-232025-07-272018-04-232018-04-23https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/63639計畫編號:NSC100-2410-H028-003 研究期間:2011/08/01~2012/07/31腳踏車運動逐漸成為一項普遍性的全民運動,其同時也是一項有效率的心肺有氧運動,再加上能兼具訓練下肢肌力及耐力的效果,因此逐漸普及於一般都會家庭及健身房中。然而研究顯示,腳踏車的愛好者越來越多,有關騎乘腳踏車的運動傷害也越來越多,其症狀包括膝關節疼痛、髕骨四頭肌腱炎、髂脛束症候群、應力性骨折、腔室症候群及足部疾病等。而造成傷害的主要原因通常是不良的騎乘姿勢、準備不足、過度使用。 本研究藉由設計及驗證一腳踏車踏板的下肢力量及力矩的量測系統,來探討騎乘腳踏車坐姿時下肢運動學及動力學的數據,有助於了解傷害的機轉。利用了單柱式材料試驗機驗證踏板的力量力矩量測系統後,以ACSM發佈YMCA submaximal cycle ergometer test之最大次強度腳踏車測試規範騎乘固定式腳踏車做為量測標準,量測下肢的關節角度及踏板力量。本研究結果驗證了腳踏車踏板之下肢動力學量測系統的準確度,並經由人體動作分析應用YMCA submaximal ergometer test後的實驗結果顯示,膝關節最大屈曲力矩 0.5 Nm/Kg,平均伸展力矩0.13 Nm/Kg,與過去文獻結果相當類似,顯示此踏板量測系統已可準確測量下肢力量及力矩,日後經由此系統及模式,可以幫助教練以及腳踏車選手日後能避免運動傷害的發生及增加腳踏車訓練的效果,且其相關結果將能廣泛應用於各樣式的室內外腳踏車。 Cycling is one of the most popular exercises in Taiwan. However, there are several reports regarding sports injury in cycling, including knee pain, quadriceps tendonitis, stress fracture and foot disease. The causes to induce injuries might be improper cycling posture, insufficient warm-up and overuse. Therefore, the objective of this study was to measure the biomechanics parameters during seated on a stationary cycling. This study developed the force and torque measuring system for recording three-dimensional forces and moments on the pedal. First of all, a material compression test machine was used to validate the pedal system. Also, the kinematics and kinetics of the lower limbs during the ACSM sub-maximal bicycle test were evaluated. This study have been developed and validated a bicycle pedal measuring system for the kinetics of lower extremity, and the experimental results of human motion analysis showed that the peak knee flexion moment was 0.5 Nm/Kg, and the peak knee extension moment was 0.13 Nm/Kg. The results were very similar to previous studies, indicating that the developed pedal can accurately measure force and moment of lower extremity. In the future, this system and the model would help coaches and athletes to prevent bicycle injuries and increase the efficiency of bicycle training.
