盂峻瑋Yu, Jun-wei2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71168學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立臺灣體育運動大學系所名稱：競技運動學系碩士班學號：19904007畢業學年度：100年論文頁數：138頁　　本研究目的是在探討競技游泳選手社會流動情形與原因，研究對象是以臺灣體育運動大學游泳隊畢業生為例，共有83位，本研究採用問卷調查法與一般性訪談導引法，以郵寄與親自遞送方式發放問卷，受限於取得臺灣體育運動大學游泳隊畢業生聯絡方式的困難，因此回收了52份問卷，有效問卷為50份，有效問卷效率達96.15%。另外透過一般性訪談導引法，採立意抽樣方式，依職業階層不同，訪談9位受訪者。研究結果發現：代內流動向上人數最多，共有27位比例為54%，造成他們向上流動的因素有生涯規劃、重要他人幫助、工作環境、個人努力、運動技能幫助、服務經驗幫助與追求安定的工作。在代間流動方面平行流動人數最多，共有22位比例為44%，造成他們平行流動的因素有父母親從事的工作、從小生活環境、生涯規劃。　　The objective of this study is to explore the causes and circumstances of social mobility among elite swimmers. The study subjects consist of 83 students, graduated from National Taiwan University of Physical Education and Sport (NTUPES). The study adopts both questionnaires and in-depth personal interviews. There are 52 questionnaires administered to graduated students of the NTUPES with stratified random sampling. Valid questionnaires received were 50 with overall response rate of 96.15%. Through personal interviews based on purposive sample, the researcher invited 9 survey candidates depending on their variety of occpuations to take part in social mobility research. The results show that the majority of people belong to upward mobility. The amount of upward mobility is 27 people, occuping 54% of the respondents, affected by career planning assistances of significant others, working environment, personal striving, sport skills, service experience and pursuit of stable employment. Among intergeneration mobility, most of people belong to horizontal mobility, affected by parents’ occupation, future plan and surroundings.
