張振崗Chang, Chen-Kang2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70572學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育學院系所名稱：運動管理學系碩士班學號：19305001畢業學年度：94年論文頁數：55頁　　外籍球員一向在中華職棒佔有重要地位，兩聯盟後三年的時間，六支球團共引進了133名外籍球員，但符合職棒球團戰力需求的外籍球員卻不多，多數外籍球員往往僅上場幾次後便打道回府。造成此現象之最重要因素為我國職棒球團任用外籍球員前少有詳細的球員資料蒐集，幾乎只簡單了解球員基本背景資料及過去成績，待外籍球員來台後方能見識其真正身手。加上球團整體成本或預算考量、聯盟對外籍球員之薪資上限等考量，無法針對召募外籍球員而花費太多資源。 　　因此，本研究透過相關文獻探討、資料分析等方法，發展出能預估外籍球員來台後在中華職棒比賽之成績及表現的方法，以多元迴歸，以外籍球員來台前之比賽成績推估其在台表現。 　　本研究期望使職棒球隊能有更具備科學依據的評估方法，預估外籍球員在台灣的表現，以提升球隊實力，並減少無謂開銷。　　Foreign players, especially the pitchers, have been playing an important role in Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). However, there is only limited number of foreign players who satisfied the clubs, while many of them left due to bad performance in a very short time. One of the most important reasons for this phenomenon is that CPBL teams only spent limited financial resources in recruiting foreign players. This study utilizes stepwise multiple regressions to estimate the performance of the foreign pitchers in the first year in CPBL according to the most recent available data before then came to Taiwan. Fielding Independent Pitching (FIP) and Defense Independent Pitching Statistics ERA (DERA) were used to assess pitcher’s abilities as they are not influenced by teammate’s defense ability and luck. 　　The results showed that the performance of foreign pitchers in CPBL can be estimated according to their performance before coming to Taiwan.
