| dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要目的在於了解雲嘉地區高中職體育班學生的就讀動機、學習滿意度對升學意向與職涯規劃的影響。以嘉義高工、民雄農工、永慶高中、麥寮高中、斗六高中、斗南高中、虎尾高中等七所高中職之體育班學生為研究對象，並以「高中職體育班就讀動機、學習滿意度對升學意向及職涯規劃影響量表」，採普查方式進行問卷調查，共發放問卷380份，回收有效問卷363份，有效問卷回收率為96%。所得資料以線性結構方程模式（LISREL）進行分析，模式之配適指標為χ^2_(29)=103.15，p ＜ .05，χ^2/df=3.56，GFI=0.95，AGFI=0.90，CFI=0.95，PGFI=0.53，SRMR=0.046，模式配適度達理想水準。研究結果發現：就讀動機對學習滿意度具有正向且顯著的影響關係，而學習滿意度對升學意向亦具有正向且顯著的影響，但學習滿意度與升學意向對職涯規劃皆沒有顯著影響。本研究依照研究結果對學校、教練及後續研究提出相關建議。 | |
