Abstract
  本研究旨在瞭解競技運動員的運動參與情形,並進一步探討大專院校輕艇選手的參與促進和阻礙因素。研究方法採用文獻分析與深度訪談質性取徑,進行資料蒐集與驗證。研究發現大專院校輕艇選手運動參與促進因素如下:1.家庭/家長面向--提供經濟支援、精神鼓勵、保送升學誘因、家長與教練互動良好。2.教練面向--對教練具信任感、爭取社會資源、認同教練個人特質。3.同儕/隊友面向--志同道合、相互指引與鼓勵、運動技術切磋與提升。運動參與阻礙因素包括:家庭/家長面向--經濟壓力、運動具危險性、升學主義、家長介入和教練互動不良。2.教練面向--專制威權領導、嚴厲個人特質、教練與家長/選手之間溝通不良。3.同儕/隊友面向--意志力薄弱、運動參與理念和休閒活動行為、和教練互動不良。本研究結論歸納出大專院校輕艇選手的運動參與情形呈現促進與阻礙兩大面貌,從社會支持觀點來看,家庭/家長、教練與同儕/隊友等重要他人支持,同時在選手運動參與促進和阻礙層面扮演關鍵角色,並在相關歷程中,直接或間接影響其態度和行為表現。
  This study seeks to understand the elite athlete’s sport participation through analyzing the factors of enhancing and impeding collegiate canoe team players’ behaviors. Qualitative methods, namely, documentary analysis and in-depth interview were employed to collect data in this research. With regard to the enhancing factors, there are: 1. Family/parent domain- financial support, spiritual encouragement, entering a higher school through sports, good communication between parents and coach; 2. Coach domain- trust, social resources, coach’s personality; 3. Peer/friend- like-minded, guide and encouragement, sport skills promotion. About the impeding factors, there are: 1. Family/parent domain- economic pressure, danger of sport, diploma doctrine, parent’s involvement and bad communication with the coach; 2. Coach domain- authoritarian leadership, severe personality, bad communication between parents, athletes and coach; 3. Peer/friend- weaken will-power, concept of sport participation against leisure behavior, bad communication with the coach. Overall, this study concludes that the sports participation of collegiate canoe team players manifested in the forms of enhancement and impediment. From a social support perspective, significant actors such as family/parents, coach, and peer/friends, play important roles that directly or indirectly influence an athlete’s attitudes and behaviors during their participating process in sports.
