Abstract

本研究之研究目的為比較陳傑選手與國外優秀400MH選手為對象,進行欄間節奏之差異分析比較。『欄間節奏』是指由運動員400MH全程跑的時間、欄間跑的步數、步頻的動作特徵表現。以400MH全程跑中,欄間的時間、步數進行探討,探討各欄間節奏及速度變化情形與成績間之相關,期能為教練及選手在訓練、比賽之參考應用。將所得資料藉由Microsoft Excel 2003軟體進行各項數據計算,求得欄間步數、欄間步頻、欄間速度、分段速度之相關數據並深入分析。並以描述性統計、和皮爾遜積差相關法分析比較國內外之欄間節奏差異。結果:一、有效減少全程跑步數是提升成績的途徑,現階段陳傑選手以全程跑步數164步的欄間節奏去完成比賽。二、最快與最慢欄間差值,陳傑選手與國外選手莫里也差距0.34秒,在欄間速度與欄間節奏表現還不夠穩定。三、欄間衝刺階段速度呈現負相關,表示優秀選手加速時間較強,加速到第一欄至第二欄出現最高速度,其中從第三欄間段開始到第十欄間段,七個欄間段皆出現負相關且達顯著。四、最後一個欄架至終點的欄間速度、欄間步頻與最終成績達負相關且顯著,表示在最後加速過程中,衝刺速度的重要性。


The study aims to analyze and compare the differences between hurdle rhythms with the subjects, Chieh Chen, and other foreign elite athletes. Hurdle rhythm refers to the time an athlete needs to finish 400 meters hurdle, the numbers of steps between hurdles, and the stride frequency. Based on the time and steps between hurdles in a 400 meters hurdle, the research discusses the relation between hurdle rhythms and changes of speed and the results, hoping to be a reference for coaches and hurdlers in training and competition. Microsoft Excel 2003 software was used to calculate and analyze the strides of each hurdle, stride frequency of each hurdle, velocity of each hurdle, and velocity of each section. Further, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation were utilized to compare the differences between domestic and overseas hurdle rhythms. The results are as follows. (1) One way to improve the race result is to reduce the entire number of steps effectively. Currently, Chieh Chen, completes a race with 164 steps hurdle rhythm. (2) Regarding the difference between the fastest and slowest hurdle rhythm, there is a gap of 0.34 seconds between Chieh Chen and Murray, a foreign athlete. Chieh Chang’s performance on hurdle speed and hurdle rhythm is not stable enough. (3) A negative correlation was revealed in the speed of sprint stage between hurdles. Elite athletes perform better during the accelerating stage, and reach the maximum speed between the first and second hurdle. Seven hurdles, from the third hurdle to the tenth hurdle, show negative correlation and reach the significant level. (4) A significant negative correlation was found between the hurdle speed from the last hurdle to the finish line, stride frequency, and the final results, which indicates the significance of the sprint speed during the last acceleration.
