Abstract
德國在歷經中小學生於PISA、TIMSS國際學生學科評量成績不佳,以及因外來移民人口增加所面臨的多元教育問題衝擊下,重新檢視中小學校的教育缺失,於2003年提出「國家教育標準」(Nationale Bildungsstandards)。期望藉由相關領域的統整課程,重新擬訂德國中小學校的教育目標與施行準則,此教改計畫中,大幅提升舞蹈的教育功能與課程教學應用方式。本研究採用文獻分析,針對德國「國家教育標準」中舞蹈課程的應用方式、教育功能與施行現況,做深入的分析與探討。研究發現:(一)舞蹈課程除身體教育功能外,更強調其統整教育功能,將音樂、運動、藝術設計等領域整合學習,明確規範各階段的教學目標與能力指標。(二)政府為解決舞蹈師資與課程教學的問題,長期開設研習課程供教師進修;與舞蹈學校、團體及專業人士共同合作參與課程教學、教案編纂及師資培育。此一計畫的發展與推動足以做為臺灣中小學校舞蹈課程施行之參考。
The German government reassessed the education problems in elementary and middle schools, due to the poor performance in several international academic assessment tests (PISA-test, for example) and educational impacts caused by the increasing immigrant population. In 2002, the government proposed “national educational standards,” setting up new educational goals and guidelines for primary and secondary schools. According to this educational reform, dance curricula have been greatly improved in terms of teaching and educational functions.
Based on the document analysis, this paper aimed to analyze and discuss the teaching, educational functions, and current situation of German dance curricula that followed “national educational standards.” The findings were as follows: 1) In addition to body function, dance curricula focused on the integrative learning of music, exercise and art, with clear teaching objectives and competency targets; 2) In order to solve dance teachers shortage and poor teaching quality, the government offered in-service classes for teachers, cooperating with dance schools, groups and professionals to work out dance teaching, develop curricula, and cultivate dance teachers. Such a education reform could be served as reference for dance curricula in Taiwan’s elementary and middle schools.
