Abstract
本研究旨在通過運動學分析的手段分析不同年齡兒童12公尺折返跑表現的年齡差異,並進一步探討兒童短距離加速與急停動作在運動學特徵的差異。研究以8歲、10歲、12歲各30位的男性兒童為自願實驗參與者,通過高頻雷射距離測量儀(LDM 300C SPORT, LAVEG-SPORT, 100Hz)與AcqKnowledge 3.7.2版資料分析系統記錄與分析實驗參與者完成折返跑的運動學參數。統計分析則以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析與Duncan法事後比較進行差異考驗,顯著水準訂為□ = .05。結果顯示不同年齡兒童最大速度與完成動作時間都具有年齡差異(p < .05),但各年齡兒童的制動距離參數則沒有顯著差異(p > .05);回程階段出現最大速度的位置,8歲兒童明顯小於其他年齡層(p < .05)。本研究顯示,兒童在12公尺折返跑的表現會隨年齡進步,8歲兒童在12公尺全速衝刺中僅能加速至7公尺左右。此外,各年齡兒童在12公尺短距離衝刺至距目標物約4.5公尺時,就必須開始減速急停。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the age-related difference of the 12m shuttle-run on the acceleration stage and the deceleration stage in children by kinematical approach. Thirty boys by each group who were 8-year-old, 10-year-old, and 12-year-old respectively volunteered to participate in this study. A laser distance measurement system (LDM 300C SPORT, LAVEG-SPORT, 100Hz) and AcqKonwledge version 3.7.2 were respectively used to record and to analyze the kinematical parameters of shuttle-run. The independent one-way ANOVA and Duncan post hoc test with an alpha level of .05 were adopted to analyze the statistical differences. The results showed that there were age-related difference significantly on peak velocity and total movement time (p < .05) but not on braking distance (p > .05). The 8-year-old boys were showed the shortest on the position of peak velocity of return stage (p < .05). The findings indicated that make progress in the performance of 12m shuttle-run with age from 8-year-old through 12-year-old. The 8-year-old boys showed accelerate until 7m during the return stage. Moreover, all participants had to brake to change direction before 4.5m to the target.
