Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解臺中市國中體育班訪評運作現況與發展困境,並依據國中體育班訪視量表之理論與方法進行探討以提出改善困境之具體策略,其研究目的一:探討國中體育班訪評之理論與方法、目的二:瞭解臺中市國中體育班訪評及發展困境、目的三:提出改善臺中市國中體育班發展之策略,期能夠做為將來政府以及相關單位在規劃臺中市國中體育班制度之參考。
本研究以文獻分析與深度訪談為主要研究工具,依據研究方法之執行,將資料彙整、分析,提出結論如下:
一、國中體育班訪評透過學校自評與訪視評鑑兩階段,瞭解學校體育班整體的表現與績效,並將其訪視結果由各主管教育行政機關輔導改善及呈報教育部備查,做為校長成績考核及校長遴選之重要參據。
二、臺中市國中體育班訪評及發展困境為設班定位不明、行政支援不足、課程規劃不當、學生課業生活適應不良、專項師資素質不均、場地設備未定期維護、經費短缺、學生資料建檔不全,以及考核與獎勵制度未落實。
三、分別由設班現況、行政運作、訓練績效三方面所面臨之各種困境,提出改善臺中市國中體育班發展之策略。
This study aims to understand the current situation and development difficulties of visiting evaluation in junior high school athletics classes in Taichung city, conduct explorations based on the theory and method of visiting scale in junior high school athletics classes and propose specific strategies for fixing such difficulties. The purposes of the study are as follow: 1.to explore the theories and methods of visiting evaluation in junior high school athletics classes; 2.to learn the visiting evaluation and development difficulties of junior high school athletics classes in Taichung city; 3.to propose improvement strategies for junior high school athletics classes in Taichung city. It is expected to provide advices for the government and related authorities in planning the education system of the junior high school athletics classes in Taichung city in the future.
The study conducts literature analysis and in-depth interview as main research tools. By which it sorts and analyzes the data, with conclusions as fallow:
1.Through the two stages of school self-evaluation and visiting appraisal, it can understand the overall performance and achievement of junior high school athletics classes, and the educational administrative authorities will instruct the improvements based on the visiting results and then submits to the Ministry of Education for inspection, which serves as the important foundation for the performance assessment and appointment of principals.
2.The difficulties in visiting evaluation and development faced by the junior high school athletics classes in Taichung city include unspecificed position of the class, inadequate administrative support, inappropriate curriculum planning, students being maladaptive to the academic life, uncertain quality of coaches, irregular maintenance of sports facilities, lack of funds, incomplete student data, and unimplemented measures of appraisal and reward system.
3.Some improvement strategies are proposed based on various difficulties in the current situation of classes, administrative operation and training performance.
