本研究旨在探討網路性侵害的各種型態及其危險因子。研究方法分成兩大部份。在網路性侵害類型分析的部分，採案例分析方式，分析各類型的獨特現象及危險因子；在網路性侵害歷程、演進機制及階段性徵兆的部分，則採用質性研究深入訪談的方式進行深入探究。研究發現有以下數點：1.網路性侵害有網友變狼人等七大類型；2.網路潛藏匿名性、想像性及互動性三大危險因子；3.網路性侵害加害涵括「養、套、殺」三部曲；4.網路性侵害演進包含推力、涵化、離家、性侵害四階段。根據研究發現所提出的建議有：1.強化網路服務業者的責任；2.建立傳播新秩序；3.建立網路資訊安全；4.增加家庭與學校對孩童的凝聚力；5.加強青少年法律常識及性別教育；6.網路交友「三心」原則；7.網友見面「四要」法則。

Abstract
　　The purpose of this study was to investigate the various forms of sexual abuse on the Internet and the associated risk factors. The methodology used was two-fold: (1) case study analysis of the special characteristics and risk factors of the various forms of sexual abuse on the Internet; (2) qualitative analysis in the form of in-depth interviews looking into the development mechanism and symptoms of the various stages in the course of development of cyber-sex crimes. The conclusions drawn were summarized below:
(1) Cyber-sex crimes could be classified into 7 major forms, one of which includes cyber-pals becoming the criminal;
(2) The internet allows three types of risk factors to form, namely anonymity, sex fantasy, and interactive sex;
(3) Cyber-sex crimes usually involve progression through the following steps: cultivating, coaxing, and killing.
(4) Cyber-sex crimes develop through a four-step development: pushing, cultivating, leaving, and victimizing.

Through this study, suggestions were provided as follows:
(1)More pressure should be put on the ISPs（Internet Service Provider）
(2)Establish new order on propagation of information
(3)Build information safety networks
(4)Enhance the relationship between family and school
(5)Build up awareness and knowledge of the law and sex education among adolescents
(6)Establish a “three-heart” framework for reference when making new friends on the Internet
(7)Establish a “four-must” rule when meeting with cyber-pals
