Abstract
人們常說:「活動、活動,要活就要動」。人生歷程大都會經歷到學習與老化過程。動作學習是獲得運動技巧的手段,在老化造成身體活動的能力喪失或受到限制,應該如何幫助老年人從事健身運動。1986年Bandura提出觀察學習的歷程,本文針對各歷程的重點,論述如何將觀察學習應用在老年族群的有氧運動。
