Abstract
本研究主要目的欲探討人體全天性心跳數對能量消耗做預測回歸方程式。本研究實驗參與者為國立臺灣體育大學(臺中)五位於日常生活中皆有規律運動習慣的男性大學生(年齡22.8±2.17歲、身高180.4±2.88公分、體重74.6±6.88公斤、身體質量指數22.91±1.73公斤/公尺2、最大耗攝氧量48.29±3.82毫升/公斤/分)。透過三天不同運動強度(休息日、實驗參與者最大耗氧量( VO2max )的30%、50%視為低強度、中強度運動)數周內分別完成監測。研究結果顯示以心跳數推估能量消耗之回歸方程式為Y= 0.0303X- 1327.66,R2=0.651。然而從運動後過耗氧量( EPOC )分析發現:中強度運動後各階段償還氧債能力差異不大;反觀高強度運動後各階段償還氧債差異較顯著,且睡眠期間中強度比高強度還債的比例多,此現象顯示出。結論:本篇研究的結果能提升透過心跳數做能量消耗推估合理性的應用。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between total heart beats and total energy expenditure all day long. Healthy five college students from the National Taiwan Sport University with regular exercise were recruited ( age: 22.8 ± 2.17 years old; height: 180.4 ± 2.88 cm; weight: 74.6 ± 6.88 kg; BMI (body mass index): 22.91 ± 1.73 kg/m2 ; VO2max: 48.29 ± 3.82ml/kg/min) for this study. Three days with vari -ous exercise intensities, which are the day with quiet rest, the day with exercise at 30% of VO2max and the day with exercise at 50% of VO2max were performed separately in week long inter- val. The result indicated that the high correlation between total heart beats and total energy expenditure all day long was observed by the R value up to 0.81 and linear regression is y=0.0303x-1327.66. The excess post exercise oxygen consum -ption ( EPOC ) accumulated of three phases, from start of exercise to the 8th hour as first phase, from the 9th ~ 17th hour as the second phase, from the 17th ~ 26th hour as the third phase after exercise were analyzed. The accumulation of the third phase in low intensity day was greater than the moderate one. In conclusion, the results of our study can provide the possibility for the feasible application to develop the energy expenditure.
