Abstract
目的:本研究目的為分析水中運動訓練對於老年人跨越障礙物時間、空間參數的影響。方法:13位老年人自願參與者參與本研究,研究介入為8週水中運動,參與者進行每週2次,每次60分鐘的水中運動課程,在水中運動計畫前、後進行跨越障礙物動作分析,利用攝影機拍攝參與者跨越障礙物的矢狀面動作,分析的步態參數包含步長、足部間隙和跨越速度,使用相依樣本t考驗比較前、後測的差異,統計顯著水準設定α =.05。結果:本研究結果發現8週水中運動計畫之後,老年人顯著增加跨越障礙物時步長和跨越速度(p < .05),但並不改變領導腳及跟隨腳足部相對於障礙物的垂直間隙距離。結論:本研究結果顯示水中運動對於增進老年人跨越障礙物的能力有正向效益。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aquatic exercise training on spatiotemporal parameters during obstacle crossing in older adults. Methods: There were thirteen participants volunteered in this study. The intervention was an eight-week aquatic exercise program, twice a week and 60 minutes in duration. A camera was used to capture the foot motion during obstacle crossing before and after intervention. The outcome variables were stride length, foot clearance and crossing velocity. Paired t-test was used to compare the difference between pre-test and post-test. The significant level was set as α =.05. Results: Post-test showed a significantly greater stride length and faster crossing velocity than pre-test (p < .05). However, there was no significant difference on foot clearance of leading foot and trailing foot. Conclusion: This study suggested that aquatic exercise training demonstrated a positive effect on the enhancement of obstacle crossing in older adults.
