Abstract
一位低效能的教師阻礙了學習者應有的成長(李永吟,民84)。相對的,一位優良的教師能透過熱忱認真的態度和高效能的教學技巧引導學生在智能上充分的成長(林進材,民89)。本文主旨在於探討國小舞蹈班舞蹈教師的教學效能指標,筆者試圖從舞蹈教師教學前的教學計劃、教學中的教學策略、教學後的反省與評鑑、班級經營管理與教學氣氛等四個指標構面加以探討,以供行政單位作為舞蹈教師評鑑、舞蹈班評鑑及國小舞蹈班舞蹈教師提昇教學品質之參考。
