Abstract
筆者,自2006年第十五屆杜哈亞運獲得歷屆男子鉛球銅牌之後,以19.45公尺成績並打破自己所保持的全國紀錄(19.09公尺),將續在2007年德國哈勒投擲邀請賽以(20.20公尺)再創新猶。短期間之內,以旋轉式推鉛球的技術將國內紀錄(18.18公尺)往前邁進了兩米之多,不免讓國內研究學者深感興趣。因此,本研究為探討德國哈勒投擲邀請賽鉛球投擲最後出手動作技術分析。
對象為德國哈勒投擲邀請賽前七名決賽菁英選手,其中包含三位滑步式投擲及四位旋轉式投擲選手,於鉛球投擲場地側邊90度角架設DV擷取影片資料,以Silicon Coach動作分析軟體進行分析。分析範圍為投擲者最後階段-投擲階段(release phase),主要分析擲鉛球出手距離、出手平均速度、出手高度、出手角度、鉛球角度、鉛球平均速度、成績。採用單一樣本t檢定說明六項參數之穩定性與否,再依One-way ANOVA檢定進行旋轉式、滑步式投擲最後出手動作之同質性檢定,事後再比較以Pearson相關係數考驗成績與六項(出手距離、出手高度、出手平均速度、出手角度、鉛球角度、鉛球平均速度)之關係。研究結果顯示:在出手角度上,我國選手張銘煌(41.2°)為最低及Bartels, Ralf(55.9°)為最高,同時也形成張銘煌(35.5°)鉛球飛行角度較低、Bartels, Ralf(43.6°)鉛球飛行角度為最高。Bartels, Ralf選手更在出手角上顯著優於其他六位選手,因此在成績上,其組間差異同時也達到顯著性差異。
In 2006, Ming-Huang Cheng, the national record holder for shot put in Taiwan, won the bronze medal of men’s shot put by 19.45 metres in Doha Asian Games and broke the national record of 19.09 metres. After that, he again outdid his own record by 20.20 metres in 2007 Halle Invitational Throwing Game. He added about 2 metres to the national record by rotational technique in short time. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to anylize in 2007 Halle Invitational Throwing Game.
The subjects of this study were the seven elite shot-putters who had entered the final of 2007 Halle Invitational Throwing Game, including three using the glide technique and four the rotational technique.
The video data was collected by the Digital Vedio set 90 degree beside the shot put field and analyzed by the Siliconcoach video analysis software. Only the date in the release phase is analyzed, including release position, average release verocity, release height, release angle, shot put angle, average shot put verocity, and the result. The study adopts one sample t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pears to analyze the date.
The result indicated that Ming-Huang Cheng has the lowest release angle 41.2° and Ralf Bartels the highest 55.9°, his shotput has the lower flying angle 35.5° while Ralf Bartels the highest 43.6°. More over, since Ralf Bartels’ release angle is much better than other six, the difference between group is significant in result.
