□本研究主要目的在探討間歇訓練對划船選手測功儀成績之影響,以證實在訓練過程中施以間歇訓練有助於提昇划船選手測功儀成績。

□賑膍s以國立水里商工划船隊23位選手為受試對象,研究經過十二週間歇訓練課程後,2000公尺測功儀的各項成績變化情形。實驗結果以成對樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費法、共變數分析等統計方法來加以討論和說明,研究所得結果如下:

一、成對樣本考驗:2000公尺測功儀總成績進步,輸出功率

增加、卡洛里消耗增加、每500公尺衝量增加、每500

公尺平均槳頻增加、但每500公尺平均心跳只有最後1501-2000公尺明顯增加。

二、不同性別在2000公尺總成績、輸出功率、卡洛里消耗增加、每500公尺衝量前後測成績及1001-1500平均槳頻後測有所差異,在每500公尺平均心跳則沒有差異。

三、不同年級在2000公尺測功儀各項測驗成績,僅在501-□1000 公尺平均心跳前測方面有所差異。

四、共變數分析: 0-500 m衝量最快;1501-2000m平均槳頻顯著快於其他;1501-2000m平均心跳顯著快於其他。

五、根據本研究結果,提出將間歇訓練運用在划船訓練上,以提昇測功儀成績有顯著差異。


Abstract

□The purpose of this research is to discuss the performance of rowing sport indoor machine with interval training promoting on rowing players to prove that the interval training could facilitate the performance of rowing sport indoor machine on rowing players.

□23 players of National Shuili Vocational School were selected to study the change of each performance in 2000M rowing sport indoor machine after a 12 weeks interval training course. Experiment results were discussed and explained by paired sample t-test, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method and Analysis of Covariance; the results are as below:

  1. Paired sample t-test: total performance of 2000M rowing sport indoor machine improved, output power increased, calorie consumption increased, average row frequency per 500M increased, but the average heartbeat per 500M only increased significantly at the final 1501-2000M.

  2. Different gender had different performance in the total performance of 2000M, output power, calorie consumption increasing, performance per 500M impulse pre- and post-test and average row frequency in 1001-1500 post-test; but no difference in the average heartbeat per 500M.

  3. Different grade only showed difference at the average heartbeat in 501-1000M pre-test.

  4. Analysis of covariance: 0-500M had the quickest impulse; average row frequency of 1501-2000m was significantly quicker than others; average heartbeat of 1501-2000m was significantly quicker than others.

  5. According to the research results, it is addressed that the application of interval training on rowing training has significant difference on the improvement of the performance of rowing sport indoor machine
