Abstract
  本研究目的在於探討各種不同自行車衣服紡織纖維的結構,在不同速度下的流場變化與影響,並藉由分析結果找出最佳的紡織纖維結構。本研究使用CFD軟體進行流場分析,所選擇之商用套裝軟體為Ansys® Fluent模組,針對六種不同2-D衣纖維之紡織表面結構作模擬計算,並依流場特性設定統御方程式、網格系統與邊界條件,待計算收斂後探討整個流場的速度、壓力等物理現象,相互比較與分析阻力關係。分析結果發現,六種紡織纖維結構的阻力係數皆比光滑表面的阻力係數來的小,其中類似連續圓弧形的纖維結構其阻力係數較光滑表面的阻力係數小5.6%。結論與建議,若從能量傳遞定義上來看,紊流邊界層因為會有許多大小不等的渦旋產生,而使得能量傳遞優於層流邊界層,因此若能使用本文所分析出來的紡織纖維的表面粗糙度控制流場,使流場進入紊流邊界層,即可達到減阻的效果。
  The purpose of this research is to evaluate whether significant aerodynamic advantage could be achieved by the geometrical parameters of textile structures. 6 different textile fabrics in plain structure were produced. Their geometry and aerodynamic parameters were measured and analyzed by the CFD software: Ansys® Fluent. To compute the aerodynamic behavior of the fabrics produced, some assumptions would be defined. The aerodynamic resistance was acquired at different speeds. And the analysis result is that the drag coefficients of 6 different textile structures are lower than the smooth one. And the lowest drag coefficient is bi-half-circle-like textile structure. The drag coefficient is 5.6% lower than the smooth one. We all know that the energy transfer of turbulent boundary layer is better than the laminar boundary layer. So in our recommend, if the textile structures can transmit the energy of the fluid well, it well reduces the air resistance.
