本研究以國立台灣體育學院九十學年度舉重專長男女選手24名為研究對象,訓練前實施舉重、腿肌力、腿動力測驗以及體重、腿圍測量是為前測驗。依體重級別順序每三人隨意抽樣,隨機分為三個等質組,每組男選手五名,女選手三名,施以正常、加速蹲及衝擊式等三種不同方式的蹲舉訓練,經十週後再做相同的測驗及測量是為後測驗,利用個人電腦配合1998 SPSS 8.0.1套裝軟體加以資料統計分析。以探討下列諸課題。

一、不同方式的蹲舉訓練對於腿肌力的影響。

二、不同方式的蹲舉訓練對於腿動力的影響。

三、不同方式的蹲舉訓練對於舉重成績的影響。

四、肌力與動力之相關的探討。

研究結果與發現:

一、加速蹲舉組之訓練方式對腿肌力及併腿三步跳之成績有顯著之助益。

二、抓舉之成績與立定跳遠、半蹲垂直跳高、併腿三步跳遠及50公尺快跑有顯著之相關存在(正相關)。

三、不同訓練法在腿肌力方面進步成績都具顯著性。

四、不同訓練法在各組間之抓舉、挺舉進步成績並無顯著之差異存在。

五、三種不同之訓練法皆應有其訓練效果,如要進一步研究其訓練之效益,研究之對象,宜採未接受過重量訓練之初學者。

六、衝擊機之訓練對舉重選手提鈴後的二動加速,有相當的效果,但因設定訓練角度不同,產生成績之進步不明顯,因此,衝擊機在往後訓練中,因配合選手慣用角度以獲最大之訓練效果。


Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the differences among different training methods of back squat. The subjects were 24 males and females who had enrolled in weight lifting training at National Taiwan Sport College. All subjects were divided into three groups at random.

Group 1 accepted back squat training in normal speed; group 2 accepted training in accelerative speed; group 3 accepted training using an impact machine. A pretest/posttest design was applied to this study. All subjects had received tests on weight, snatch, clean and jerk, leg strength and leg power before and after treatment. Analyses of variance, t-test and correlation were used to test hypotheses related to differences among different groups. The results and findings of this study are described as following:

a.There is a significant improvement on leg strength and three steps long jump in the group of training in accelerative speed.

b.Snatch reveals significant positive correlation with set-jump, half knee-bend vertical jump, three steps long jump and 50-meter dash.

c.All training methods have significant improvement on leg strength.

d.There is not any significant improvement among different methods in snatch and clean and jerk.

e.Each training method is of benefit to weight lifting, but selecting beginners as study subjects could be proper for further studies.

f.Impact training machine is of benefit to second acceleration after cleaning Due to different angular degrees selected by trainers, its improvement is not significant. Therefore to selecting specific angular degrees to reach its best effects is very important.
