Abstract
國際研究酒精與運動的關係多關注於運動前之飲用,運動後之飲酒對於生化代謝與生理適應之影響則闕如。運動前之試驗旨在提昇運動員之運動表現,運動後之試驗首要重點則放在運動員之健康。分析不同運動強度運動後飲用不同劑量酒精之交感效應,監測指標分以下五大項:(一)抗氧化監測。(二)能量監測。(三)疲勞監測。(四)電解質監測。(五)其他有關健康之監測。藉由以上生化監測了解運動後飲酒對人體健康之影響,以提供一般民眾或競技運動員運動後飲酒之健康指南或疲勞消除正負相關之參考依據。過去一年我們研究運動後飲用紅葡萄酒與米酒頭(NSC89-2320-B-028-001)有許多成果,其中有兩項新發現,包括:1) 運動後一小時之血 LDH 值,其中對照組與飲用米酒頭組之血 LDH 值均持平,飲用紅葡萄酒組血 LDH 值顯著高於其他兩組;2) 運動後一小時之血無機磷值,其中飲用紅葡萄酒組上升,對照組略低於正常值,飲用米酒頭組之血無機磷值遠低於正常值等。
Researches about the influence of alcohol on exercise were internationally studied, but were mostly focused on the effect of drinking before exercise. The purpose of above corresponding topic is to promote the performance of athletics. Until now, the quantity of research on the biochemistry metabolism and physical adaptation of drinking after exercise is relative shortage. Our research is focused on the effect of drinking before exercise. It could be important for the health of athletes. The following items after the treatment of exercise with alcohol will be test. (Ⅰ)Peroxidation. (Ⅱ)Energy (Ⅲ)Fatigue. (Ⅳ)Ion. (Ⅴ)Others By detecting the above items, we may realize the influence of drinking after exercise. The result can also be a health-indicator for people or athletes. There were results about our past studies on the influence of red wine or concentrated rice wine after exercise ( NSC89-2320-B-028-001 ). Our two important findings are mentioned as following. (1)Blood LDH was measured one hour after exercise. The value of blood LDH after drinking red wine was significant higher than concentrated rice wine group and control group. The value of blood LDH of last two groups fell into the normal range. (2)Blood phosphorus was measured one hour after exercise. The value of blood phosphorus after drinking red wine was elevated, while that of the control group was a little lower than the normal value and the concentrated rice wine group was far lower than the normal value.
