拔河運動教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之相關研究

本研究的目的在探討國內中等以上學校拔河運動教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力的關係。研究對象為參加第二屆體委盃拔河錦標賽的高中及大學院校的拔河選手273名。並以中文版之「運動領導量表」(鄭志富，民86)、團隊情境量表(盧素娥，民84)為研究工具，簡單相關、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及逐步迴歸分析等為統計方法進行資料處理。

結果發現：

一、拔河運動選手知覺的與喜好的教練領導行為有顯著相關。

二、男選手較女選手知覺到教練表現較多的民主行為與專制行為。高中選手較大學選手知覺到教練表現較多的訓練與指導行為及專制行為。每週訓練次數多的選手知覺教練表現較多的獎勵行為。

三、男選手較女選手喜好教練表現較多的民主行為、專制行為與關懷行為。高中選手較大學選手喜歡教練表現較多的專制行為。每週訓練次數較多的選手喜歡教練表現較多的訓練與指導行為、民主行為、關懷行為與獎勵行為。

四、女選手比男選手有較高的工作凝聚力，大學選手比高中選手有較高的工作凝聚力及社會凝聚力。

五、拔河選手知覺的與喜好的教練領導行為能有效預測團隊凝聚力。其中專制行為的預測力為負值。

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the tug-of-war coaches’ leadership behavior and the group cohesion. The subject were 273 tug-of-war athletes samples from the 2nd Taiwan Tug-Of-War championship at ChaiI in 2001.The Leadership Scale for Sports (Chinese Version, Cheng Chi-Fu 1997 ) and　Group Environment Questionnaire(GEQ)　was administered as research instrument .Data obtained was analyzed　and processed by Data obtained was analyzed by the one-way ANOVA and pair t test and step regression. The study finds fives results.

Results are as followed:

1.Significant difference was found in coaches’ leadership behavior which perceived and preferred by tug-of-war athletes

2.Male Athletes perceived more about coaches’ democratic and autocratic behavior than female athletes’ .High school athletes perceived more about coaches’ training and instruction behavior and autocratic behavior than college athletes. The athletes who trained more days per-week perceived coaches’ more positive feedback behavior.

3.Male Athletes preferred　more about coaches’ democratic behavior and autocratic behavior and positive feedback behavior than female athletes .High school athletes preferred more about coaches’ autocratic behavior than college athletes. The athletes who trained more days per-week perceived coaches’ more positive feedback behavior and social support behavior and democratic behavior and training and instruction.

4.the cohesion between female athletes are higher than male athletes. The cohesion between college athletes are higher than the high school athletes:

5.Coaches’ leadership behavior which perceived and preferred by the tug-of-war athletes can predict team coherence, however　the expected value for autocratic behavior is negative.
