Abstract
本研究主要目的在探討不同的游泳教學法(雙蹼器材教學A組、一般游泳教學B組),對於國小高年級學童游泳教學成效的差異,以作為游泳教學及訓練之參考依據。本研究以教育部體育署游泳能力第二級之50名國小高年級學童為研究對象,篩選後將其隨機分為兩組,每組25人(女生15人、男生10人)。每位實驗者進行三週相同的游泳教學,每週訓練4次及測驗1次,共12天訓練及3次測驗成績。研究結果發現,兩種不同的教學法對國小高年級學童游泳能力的皆有正面的強化效果, 但在提升游泳前進距離方面,雙蹼教學組的成效較為明顯,尤其柔軟度較好的女性能更快掌握蹼泳打水的技術,游泳能力的進步幅度又優於男生。可見在進行游泳教學或訓練時,善用雙蹼器材輔助練習及強化受試者的柔軟度,將能更有效的增加受試者游泳前進距離及身體穩定度,進而提升其游泳能力。
The research aims to explore the differences of teaching effectiveness on middle-aged children in elementary school by using different teaching techniques, one is finswimming teaching; the other is regular swimming teaching. The results would be used as a guidance for swimming and training. Fifty students with second grade swimming capability accredited by Sports Administration, Ministry of Education, were chosen. They were randomly and equally divided into two groups with fifteen females and ten males each. They were given exact same three-week swimming teaching course. In addition, there would be four training days and one test in every week, which is twelve days of training and three tests in aggregate. The outcomes show that both teaching methods improved students' swimming ability. However, finswimming group was more effective in enhancing push distance. Especially females with more flexibility could get hold of finswimming technique and their swimming results were much better than those male counterpart. Using finswimming equipment to assist training obviously improves participants' push distance and body stability, thus ultimately upgrading their swimming capability.
