Abstract
本整合型研究在前二年已證實PRI訓練能顯著提高優秀運動員的肌力與爆發力,且會對神經肌肉功能產生影響,如神經興奮性的降低、突觸前抑制作用的減少、運動神經終池之適應性等。本年度目的在於探討 PRI訓練對優秀足球選手下肢運動表現及神經傳導速度之影響;21 位甲組男性足球員為研究對象,隨機分派高頻與低頻PRI訓練組,進行為期十週、每週二次相同負荷之 PRI 訓練,並在訓練前、訓練後、停止訓練後5 週、停止訓練後10 週進行各項檢測。研究結果發現(一)低頻與高頻 PRI 訓練皆會使三種垂直跳躍成績、下肢推蹬有顯著提升(p<.05);(二)低頻PRI訓練在代表最大肌力的下肢推蹬成績上,停止訓練後10 週之維持效果顯著優於高頻 PRI 訓練(p<.05);(三)但在代表爆發力的下肢跳躍能力上,高頻PRI 訓練的訓練持續效果顯著優於低頻 PRI 訓 練(p<.05);(四)低頻PRI訓練後會使脛神經傳導速度顯著上升(p<.05)。本研究證實PRI 訓練對長期接受 專項運動訓練和良好神經肌肉能力的足球選手仍具有顯著的訓練效果,低頻PRI訓練能促進神經傳導速度的提升,且有較佳的最大肌力維持能力,高頻PRI 訓練則有較佳的爆發力維持能力;因此,優秀選手應依訓練目而採用不同頻率的PRI訓練。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of PRI training on training effect and neuromuscular function in elite athlete. Twenty-one soccer athletes were appointed into Low-PRI training at 0.5Hz and High-PRI training at 2.5 Hz for 10 weeks. All of measurements were conducted at pre-training, post-training, 5week-detraining and 10weekdetraining. Result reveal that (1) Jumping performance and strength of lower extremely significantly improve after PRItrainings(p<.05). (2) L-PRI training at 0.5Hz hassignificant better strength of lower extremely after 10weekdetraining (p<.05). It reflected L-PRI training could maintain strength longer than H-PRI training. (3) H-PRI training at 2.5Hz has better jumping performance after 10week-detraining (p<.05). It reflected H-PRI training could maintain power longer than L-PRI training. (4)Tibial nerve conduction velocity only significantly faster after L-PRI training (p<.05). The findings suggest that PRI training also induce significant training effect in elite soccer athletes. L-PRI training not only increase tibial nerve conduction velocity, but have longer ability ofstrength maintain. H-PRI training have better ability of power maintain. Therefore, elite need to take appropriate training frequency depend on training purpose.
