Abstract
  本研究旨在以結構方程模式探討後英雄式領導與教師專業自主之關係,採問卷調查法,樣本共發出問卷600份,有效回收問卷580份。以後英雄式領導(塑造願景、增權賦能、平權互惠、建立團隊)為自變項,教師專業自主(教學自由、課程自由、參與決策、免於外力、維持專業)為依變項進行結構方程模式分析,研究發現:基本適配標準、整體模式適配度、模式內在結構適配度大致適配;後英雄式領導各層面對教師專業自主各層面,總效果、直接與間接效果達顯著水準,顯示後英雄式領導各層面對教師專業自主有正向顯著影響。   The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between post-heroic leadership and teacher professional autonomy, by way of structure equation modeling. The samples included 600 teachers at elementary school, and the valid return rate was 96.67%. The post-heroic leadership(modeling vision, empowerment, mutual reciprocal, building team) were independent variables, the teacher professional autonomy(teaching freedom, curriculum freedom, decision participation, free control, profession maintaining) were dependent variables. The conclusions of this research were: The preliminary fit criteria, overall model fit and fit of internal structure of model were fit. The total effect, indirect effect, direct effect between the dimensions of post-heroic leadership and the dimensions of teacher professional autonomy were significant, indicated the dimensions of post-heroic leadership had positive effect to the dimensions of teachers’ professional autonomy.
