國小棒球教練帶隊動機、領導行為與工作滿意度之研究

本研究之目的旨在探討國小棒球教練帶隊動機、領導行為與其工作滿意度之間的關係。本研究係以參加全國九十七學年度國小棒球聯賽軟、硬式之球隊教練為研究對象，以「教練帶隊動機、領導行為與工作滿意度問卷」為研究工具，採郵寄問卷普查，正式問卷共計發出534份，回收有效樣本數為403份，有效問卷率為75.47%。根據問卷調查所得之資料，利用SPSS for Windows 12.0套裝軟體處理。研究結果與發現歸納如下：

一、不同背景變項之國小棒球教練之帶隊動機、領導行為與工作滿意度部份呈顯著差異。

二、不同年資、擔任職務、教練證書等級之國小棒球教練帶隊動機呈顯著差異。

三、不同擔任職務、是否體育相關科系畢業之國小棒球教練領導行為呈顯著差異。

四、不同學歷、年資、擔任職務、教練證書等級、是否體育相關科系畢業之國小棒球教練工作滿意度呈顯著差異。

五、國小棒球教練帶隊動機、領導行為及工作滿意度呈正相關。

The main purpose of the present study was to explore the relationships between coaching motivation, leadership behavior and job satisfaction for elementary school baseball coaches.The subjects of the study were coaches participating 2008 Elementary School Baseball League. Questionnaires entitled “ Baseball Coach’s Coaching Motivation, Leadership behavior and job satisfaction” was designed and mailed to 534 coaches. Of the returned questionnaires 403 were valid responses, corresponding with a 75.47% of return rate. SPSS for Windows 12.0 package software was used to process the data.After data analysis, this study concluded that:

1.there are significant differences on different background variables among coaching motivation, leadership behavior, and job satisfaction for baseball coaches in elementary school.

2.there are significant differences on baseball coaches’ coaching motivation among differentseniority, different job position, and different levels of their coach certificates.

3.there are significant differences on leader behavior between different job positions and whether coaches possessed physical educational background.

4.there are significant differences on job satisfaction for baseball coaches in elementary school among different educational background, seniority, job position, levels of coach certificates, and whether coaches possessed physical educational background.

5.there are significant and positive correlation among coaching motivation, leader behavior, and job satisfaction for baseball coach in elementary school.
