國中籃球教練角色衝突與組織承諾關係之研究

Abstract
  本研究主要目的在探討國中籃球教練角色衝突與組織承諾之現況及其關係。本研究採用問卷調查方式,以參加98學年度國中籃球聯賽之337位籃球教練為研究對象,共發出調查問卷337份,回收有效問卷312份,有效問卷回收率為92.58%,所得資料經統計分析,結果如下:國中籃球教練對於角色衝突之知覺屬於中上程度;國中籃球教練之組織承諾屬於中上程度;不同性別、年資之國中籃球教練,對於角色衝突之知覺有顯著差異;不同年資、學校規模之國中籃球教練,其組織承諾有顯著差異;國中籃球教練所知覺之角色衝突與組織承諾有顯著負相關;國中籃球教練所知覺之角色衝突對於其組織承諾具有預測力。最後,研究者依據研究結果提出結論與具體建議,供國民中學參考。   The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation of role conflict and organizational commitment on basketball coaches, and explore the predictive power of role conflict on basketball coaches' organizational commitment. The research approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. The researcher took the basketball coaches who joined the Junior High School Basketball Tournament in 2009 as samples. 312 samples were effective among 337 basketball coaches and the rate of retrieve was 92.58 %. The results from the analysis were summarized as follows: (1) The basketball coaches' perception of role conflict is at upper middle level. (2) The basketball coaches' organizational commitment is at upper middle level. (3) Gender and seniority can influence basketball coaches' perception of role conflict. (4) Seniority and school scale can influence basketball coaches' organizational commitment. (5) There is a significant negative relationship between role conflict and organizational commitment on basketball coaches. (6) Basketball coaches' perception of role conflict has a significant predictability on their organizational commitment. In the end, based on the results and conclusions of this research, some suggestions were given for reference.
