Abstract
人體之骨骼和肌肉系統具有彈性特徵,故可視為彈簧質量模型;而依據虎克定律,勁度決定人體運動之力量輸出的效能。因此,本研究藉由文獻回顧的方式,分為人體勁度之模型、人體動作勁度之評估和影響人體動作勁度之因素等面向,以剖析人體運動之勁度效應及其研究上之價值。
