由性差、地域差看兒童小肌肉活動能力、大肌肉活動能力及學科學習能力之發達傾向與相關-第四年縱向追蹤研究

Abstract

本研究是以縱向追蹤的研究方法,探究194位不同性別與地區之10歲至13歲學童,身體型態(身高、體重、身體質量指數)、大肌肉活動能力(握力、30 公尺立姿快跑、波比運動)、小肌肉活動能力(手眼協調選擇反應能力)與學科學習能力(國文和數學學期成績綜合評定)之發達傾向與相關。研究結果發現,13歲學童的各項能力間具有顯著的相關,但小肌肉活動能力與學科學習能力間卻未達顯著的相關;各項能力會因性差和地域差而呈現出顯著性的差異;大部分的測試項目均呈現出經年的發達傾向,且在 10~11歲之間有較大的發達幅度,同時其會因性差和地域差而有不同的發達幅度。另外,由本研究計畫主持人所設計之陳氏手眼協調選擇反應器,具有顯著的信、效度,且不受握力、速度和全身性的協調能力所影響,為一簡易且可廣泛使用的高實用性運動選才方法。因此,透過本研究成果,可對於運動選才、運動訓練和體育教學等方面,提供客觀的參考依據。

The purpose of this longitudinal study was to examine the difference and relationship among morphological structure of the body(height, weight, BMI), abilities of gross muscular activity(grasp, 30M dash, burpee), fine motor control(hand-eye coordination cognitive reaction test) and academic learning(Chinese, Mathematics) by gender or region following aging. The results of this study were shown that there were relationship among the abilities, but between ability of fine motor control and ability of academic learning. Abilities were difference significantly between gender and region

in 13-year-old students. The extents of progress in most of test were difference by gender, region and aging, especially between the age from ten to eleven years old. The results of our study have shown CHEN’s hand-eye coordination cognitive reaction test could be an effective and simple method for sport talent identification, sport training and physical education evaluation.
