Abstract
本研究將採用質化研究方法,並利用半結構式個別深度訪談進行資料蒐集,以其深入了解高中網球選手壓力來源與因應策略。選取南投縣兩所高中網球重點發展學校選手(男8、女6)為訪談對象,訪談時間約為30~60分鐘。經內容分析與歸納後結果如下:一、主要的壓力來源依序為:競賽的壓力、訓練上的壓力、課業上的壓力、人際溝通與相處的壓力、生涯發展的壓力、生理能力不足的壓力、被期望的壓力、網球訓練與比賽的花費等八大項。二、壓力因應策略依序為:加強社會支持與人際溝通、增加努力、賽前心理準備、思想控制、忽略、無因應策略、反應行為、逃避等八大項。
最後,針對研究結果提出討論,並為實際應用與未來研究方向提出建議。

In order to analyze the senior high school tennis players’ sources of stress and find out the coping strategies, this study presents data which collects by semi-structure and individual interview. Testers are 8 males and 6 females in two of Nantou County high schools which aim at tennis development. The interval of interview is approximately 30-60 minutes.
The collected data was analyzed by content analysis. The major findings were as follows:
First, athletes’ main sources of stress included: (1) stress of competition (2) stress of training (3) stress of school works (4) stress of others’ relationship and communication (5) stress of career arrangement (6) lack of metal ability (7) others’ expectation (8) stress of tennis training and expenses.
Second, coping strategies included: (1) improve social supports and others’ relationship and communication (2) increase efforts (3) mental preparation (4) thinking control (5) ignore (6) non-respond strategy (7) respond behavior (8) avoidance.
Discussions are provided due to the findings. Practical implication and future research directions are also recommended.
