本研究主要建構一份具信效度的「肢體障礙者運動觀光阻礙因素量表」，並以驗證性因素分析對此量表進行驗證。本研究以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集，採便利抽樣方式抽取400位北中南地區肢體障礙者為施測對象，總計回收326份，回收率達82%；而有效問卷數量為262份，有效問卷達80%。研究結果顯示，本量表具有良好的收斂效度、區別效度以及組成信度。因此，本研究肢體障礙者運動觀光阻礙因素量表具有三個構面的一階多因子模式，此三個構面為個人阻礙因素、人際阻礙因素以及結構阻礙因素。

This study was focused on construct a reliable and valid scale of sport tourism constraints for the physically challenged based on confirmatory factor analysis. The questionnaires were used as research methods in this study with convenience sampling collected 400 questionnaires to the physically challenged that live at Northern Taiwan, Central Taiwan, and Southern Taiwan, and 326 questionnaires were retrieved, 262 valid questionnaires were received (with valid questionnaire rate of 80%). The results verify that the scale has a good level of convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability. Therefore, the sport tourism constraints scale for the physically challenged proposed by this study is a first-order-three-factor model with three factors. They are intrapersonal constraints, interpersonal constraints, and structural constraints.
