Abstract
以教室情境為典型的教育心理學研究中的成就情境,相較以球場或是賽場為主的運動情境,後者的能力的評價和回饋是立即且明顯的。因此,本研究旨在探討2x2 成就目標的理論構念應該較容易在運動賽場上觀察到。因此,在從事某項運動很久,隨著年齡與運動技術的日趨成熟,與他人比較為主的表現趨近和逃避目標,會較易在運動經業進入專業化時達到高峰,也就是說,當運動員在高中或是大學階段,可能因為體能的成熟與運動技術成熟,可能對於表現有關的目標有較顯著的呈現。教室情境中巳經以韓國學生為樣本中發現類似的結果(Bong, 2009)。而對於不同樣本群體之間的差異,近來以線性結構模式(structural equation modeling)中的多群體不變性(multiple group invariance)分析,因為可以釐清包括測量工具面(例如平均數變果程度差別),或是理論結構面(像預測效度關係上的不同),甚至是測量誤差等的差異,逐漸受到國內外學者的歡迎與使用。本研究以兩個不同的樣本群進行跨群組的測量不變性分析,由國內、外以運動為主的樣本,探討有關文化不同可能產生的差異所在。結果發現部份測量上平均數的差異,以及不同變項間,相關程度的不同。討論未來可能發展的研究手段,與不同情境中可能產生的差異。
the aims of the present study were to focus on the role of mastery-avoidance goals as well as three other achievement-related goals on participants from two different culture. According to the argument of Elliot(1999, Elliot & Conroy, 2005) those who are involved in sport would experience more mastery avoidance goal once they felt not as good as they were. A cross-sectional design as well as multi-group invariance analysis were used to conduct several measurement model differences explored. Results showed that there are mean difference among some of the items and relationship between performance-approach and avoidance goals in two sample size. Discussion and feature direction are suggested.
