本研究目的旨在以前後對照比較研究,探討實施四週貼壓電極足三里穴刺激期(6伏特;30Hz;20分鐘/天×28天)前後對28名台中縣國武術選手,其所造成在聲光反應時間、握力計、背肌力計、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、半蹲跳、十公尺折返跑、立定跳遠、立定垂直跳、坐姿體前彎及三分鐘哈佛登階測驗等十項測量結果不同程度的相關性,藉以瞭解四週貼壓電極足三里穴刺激期對國武術選手的動作反應時間、肌力、肌耐力、敏捷性、瞬發力、柔軟度及心肺耐力等體適能要素的影響,測量結果所得數值資料皆以SPSS for Windows 8.0版統計軟體處理。。本研究中之有關統計上之顯著水準,均定為?.05。研究結果發現:

四週的足三里穴電極刺激期對男女國武術選手

一、在1.動作反應時間2.背肌力3.腰腹肌耐力(一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐)4.腿部肌耐力(半蹲跳)5.腰腿背柔軟度(坐姿體前彎)6.心肺耐力(三分鐘哈佛登階測驗)等六項體適能造成顯著差異的增進效果(P<.05)。

二、在1.水平位移瞬發力(立定跳遠)及2.垂直位移瞬發力(立定垂直跳)兩項體適能具備性別上的差異,僅在男子選手造成顯著差異的增進效果(P<.05),在女子選手則未造成顯著差異的增進效果(P≧.05)。

三、在1.右手肌力(握力計)2.敏捷性(十公尺折返跑)兩項體適能測驗項目則均未造成男女國武術選手顯著差異的增進效果(P≧.05)。


ABSTRACT

The purpose of the research was to explore the effects of the four-week program of pressing against Zusanli with the electrode stimulation on physical fitness of 28 Kuo-Wushu athletes. By investigating the relativity of the four-week program of pressing against the Zusanli with the electrode stimulation to the measurement results of the ten tests in the physical fitness of 28 Kuo-Wushu athletes ---the light reaction-time test, the grip-strength test, the back muscular strength test, the 1-minute flexed-leg_

sit-up test, the half-squat jump test, the 10- meter shuttle running test, the standing long-jump test, the standing vertical-jump test, the modified sit-and-reach test, and the 3-minute Havardstair up-and-down ladder test, the author intended to explore the effects of the four-week program of pressing against the Zusanli acupuncture point with the electrode stimulation on the components of physical fitness of 28 Kuo-Wushu athletes---the light reaction time , the muscular strength , the muscular endurance , the agility, the power, the flexibility, and the cardiorespiratory endurance . The data of the values gathered from the measurement results were processed through the software for statistics “SPSS for Windows “(Version 8.0). The significant level on statistics involved in this research was set at ?.05. The findings of the research were as follows:

1.For the items of the light reaction-time test, the back muscular strength test, the 1-minute flexed-leg_sit-up test, the half-squat jump test, the modified sit-and-reach test, and the 3-minute Havardstair up-and-down ladder test, both males and females improved their ability after the four-week program of pressing against Zusanli acupuncture point with the electrode stimulation. The program was quite effective in improving physical fitness above of the atheletes. (P<.05)

2.For the items of the standing long-jump test and the standing vertical-jump test, the program was remarkably effective in improving the physical fitness only for the males. (P<.05)

3.For the items of the right-hand grip-strength test and the 10- meter shuttle running test, the program didn’t produce significant effects on the athletes. No significant differences were found between genders. (P≧.05)
