Abstract
本研究旨在探討運動員食用螺旋藻後對提昇心肺耐力及運動傷害保護作用之評估。研究對象為本校橄欖球校隊與國家左營橄欖球培訓隊。受試選手經單盲增補劑處理後,血液監測指標分二大項:(一)、競技方面,主要包括登階衰竭秒數(sec)與心肺耐力指數(或稱體力指數)(二)、健康方面:主要包括抗氧化監測、細胞膜學監測和其他監測等項目。由於運動競賽是以些微差異來決勝負,因此過去一年我們研究競技運動員增補螺旋藻對競技與健康之效應(NSC 91-2413-H-028-002)後,雖然數據顯示多無統計上之顯著性,然以平均值變化除以基值來解釋,其中有兩項正面意義值得我們注意,包括:1) 競技方面:食用螺旋藻的登階衰竭秒數比對照組延長2.86﹪,心肺耐力指數比對照組多 1.15﹪;2) 健康方面:雖然食用螺旋藻組運動員血液中抗氧化酵素SOD與GPx濃度各比對照組增加了16.12與32.80﹪,然其MDA亦增加了61.55﹪,這顯示食用螺旋藻後體內抗氧化系統更為活躍,並推論由於選手於食用螺旋藻後,於訓練及比賽期運動總量與強度的增加,而使體內過氧化物的產生不減反增。
The purpose of our study is to evaluate the effect of the diet supplement, Spirulina platensis, on the evaluating resistance and protecting body damage. We test the members of Chou-en National Rugby team and of the National Taiwan College of Physical Education Rugby team. We have monitored the following items before and after treating with Spirulina. (1) Competition, including the time (sec) of all-out on the up-down stair exercise and physical force were measured. (2) Health, including antioxidation, the integration of cell membrane, and others were finished. Miner difference will conduce to win or loss during competition. In the past year, all the data of our research “The Effect of Spirulina on Competition and Health” (NSC 91-2413-H-028-002) appeared with no significant difference between treatment and control trial. Using the standardized method of the mean variable divided by radix, we find the following two meaningful results. On the competition, the time of all-out was delayed 2.86%, and the physical force was also improved 1.15% on the Spirulina trial. On the health, the antioxidative enzymes concentration of SOD and GPx were increased 16.12 and 32.80% on the Spirulina trial individually. Unexpectedly, the concentration of lipid peroxidative product, MDA, was also increased 61.55% on the Spirulina trial. We suggest that increasing MDA variable is the result of increasing total amount and degree of exercise during training and competition on Spirulina trial.
