Abstract
本研究目的在了解台灣電力公司從業人員在工作壓力對休閒參與之間的關係,並比較台電員工不同背景變項對工作壓力及休閒参與之情形,了解台電員工工作壓力與休閒參與的現況,並以相關分析了解工作壓力與休閒参與的差異關係。研究對象為台電公司台中區營運處員工262人為抽樣對象,並以自編「台電員工工作壓力與休閒参與調查問卷」為研究工具進行調查,調查問卷發出262份,回收245份。經整理檢視取得有效問卷245份,有效回收率為93.9%,經單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定,等統計方法處理。以了解工作壓力與休閒參與的顯著差異,根據結果分析後,期望能給台電事業單位作為參考,以提升台電員工對休閒活動的參與。研究結果發現:
一、台電員工工作壓力特性偏中度壓力程度,以工作心理負荷、工作身體負荷、及工作事務變化其工作壓力感受較大。
二、台電員工休閒参與特性屬於適中程度,以一般遊憩性、娛樂性及知識性三類型休閒活動參與程度較高。
三、台電人員工作壓力感受程度越高,則休閒參與的參與程度越高。
四、台電員工不同背景變項在工作壓力及休閒活動參與上,性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、工作職務、學歷等有顯著差異。
The purpose of the study was to understand not only the relationship between working pressure and staff’s leisure-participation of Taiwan Power Company, but also the current condition of staff participation. And to compare the degree of cognition from different background. Data was collected by questionnaires, from 262 staffs of the sales department of Taichung branch. Self-developed questionnaire was used in the survey. 245 out of 262 questionnaires were distributed and collected with a return rate of 93.9%. The study tool included leisure behavior, job stress and leisure participation scales. Acquired data was analyzed by Descriptive statistic analysis, Item analysis, Reliability Analysis, One-way ANOVA, Chi-Square test, and to understand the significant difference between working pressure and staff's leisure-participation. We expect the results would be as a reference for Taiwan Power Company to promote staff's desire to participate leisure activities.
The findings were as follows:

Taiwan Power Company staff’s have moderate job stress.

Taiwan Power Company staff’s have moderate leisure participation

Taiwan Power Company staff’s have high job stress and more leisure participation.

Significant differences were found between job stress, leisure participation and background variables of sex, age, job position, years,educational background of staff, and marriage status.
