dc.description.abstract　　軟式網球為台灣重要之傳統性運動項目，2004年世界軟式網球總會採行新規則，為因應國際規則修訂，在國際激烈競爭情況下，我國單打選手訓練模式亟需突破，軟式網球得分技術為競賽勝負之關鍵，本研究目的為提升國內軟式網球選手單打得分穩定，固對其技術有深入研究之必要，以作為我國軟式網球訓練之依據，確保在國際競賽之優勢。 　　並以參加2004年亞洲杯國手選拔賽男子單打前8強選手作為研究對象，名次前8強所產生勝負之9場比賽為本研究進行技術分析之範圍，經過DVD系統觀察紀錄並分析後，獲得以下結論與建議： 一、國內優秀軟式網球選手發球ㄧ發之成功率約為6成左右，二發成功率則高達8成以上，發球得分約佔整體得分13％，且與第一發球成功率達顯著差異。 二、研究對象穩定之正、反手擊球確保了八成以上之得分機會，其中正手擊球佔整體得分之63％，反手擊球佔18％，且正手拍、反手拍、反手截擊達顯著差異。 三、攻擊者擊球得分之位置有近四分之ㄧ落於對方中場反手拍位置，底線之正手拍、反手拍位置各佔約16％，該三處落點屬較難防守之區域，顯見攻擊者準確之擊球落點有利於比賽之得分，在三區、七區、八區、九區達顯著差異。 四、接發球能力是選手接受第一擊之考驗，防守者回擊時仍以讓發球者難以防守之位置為主要考量，超過27％之回擊落於對手之中場反手拍位置，超過四分之三的回擊落於對手中場位置及底線反手拍位置，在接發球成功次數與九區均達顯著差異。
dc.description.abstract　　Soft tennis has gained its significance as traditional sports in Taiwan over the years. In 2004, International Soft Tennis Federation (ISTF) adopts new rules for the international soft tennis competition. To obtain an edge in the fierce competitions of international games, it is crucial that the couches for national representatives in soft tennis obtain major breakthroughs from the model which they train the athletes. Extraordinary skills in playing are decisive factors to win in a soft tennis court. Thus, a profound research of skills needed as a guideline to train our future national representatives is indispensable to ensure more future winnings in the world-class games. 　　This research will focus on studies of skills which can efficiently help male athletes in soft tennis single competitions. The data here are based on the observations of the quarterfinalists’ performances in trials for qualification to represent Chinese Taipei in 2004 Asian Cup. Athletes’ performances in the nine games of the quarterfinals are used on the research for technique analysis. The results from observing the games and my suggestions are as follows: I.The outstanding soft tennis players representing Taiwan can get successful serve rate of 60% in carrying out their first serves and the percentage of successfully carrying out their second serves can reach as high as 80%. These are important as the scores gained in serving constitute 13% of the total score, and show a significant difference from first serves’ successful rate. II.The athletes’ stable forehand and backhand hits secure them up to more than 80% of the chance in scoring. Forehand strokes can assure 63% of total points while backhand strokes can help athletes gain 18% of the total score, The numbers from research mark stark contrast between two different kinds of strokes. III.One fourth of the points a server gains come from hitting the ball to the center of the court requiring the receiver to use a backhand stroke. Points gained by hitting the ball onto the baseline areas where receivers apply forehand and backhand strokes occupy 16% of the winning points. The above mentioned zones are difficult for the receiver side to hit back. Therefore, performing good placements of balls which strike defensives' on their weaknesses is advantageous for athletes to win in games. The scoring results by hitting the ball to receivers’ 3rd, 7th, 8th, and the zones show great differences. IV.Both serving and receiving for the very first time put athletes to the test. Receivers’ put their focus on hitting the ball back to the areas of the court where servers would find hard to defend. Over 27% of the balls hit by a receiver end up at server's court center setting one in backhand position. More than 3/4 of the counterattacks land on servers’ court center and base-line zones where backhand positions are required. The rate of success in serving and receiving is greatly different from ninth zones.
