Abstract
本研究係針對8位2009年亞洲成年男子拳擊錦標賽輕量級冠亞軍選手,決賽之攻擊技術做有系統的分析與探討。本研究利用錄影帶觀察法,並使用描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、LSD事後檢定,以及皮爾森積差相關等統計方式分析結果,藉此描述分析各選手出拳數、單拳和組合拳攻擊次數、攻擊率等主要攻擊技術,並比較不同國籍、量級、攻擊型態、回合、勝負間各種攻擊技術的差異,及攻擊技術與得分間之相關性。結果發現:一、前手勾拳為出拳數最高之拳種,且為單拳攻擊次數最高之拳路,而前手刺拳+後手直拳系列為組合拳攻擊次數最高之拳路。二、不同攻擊型態選手間,以及各回合間之各項攻擊技術與得分均無顯著差異。三、勝負選手間,總得分數和第二回合得分中有明顯差別(t=3.27,4.03,p<.05)。四、不同國籍選手間,總組合拳攻擊次數有顯著差異(F=8.80,p<.05)。五、不同量級選手間,第二回合單拳攻擊次數則有明顯的差別(F=33.83,p<.01)。六、總得分數與後手勾拳和後手上擊拳之出拳數(r=-.71,-.52,p<.05),以及後手上擊拳之單拳攻擊次數有明顯負相關(r=-.31,p<.05)。七、總得分數與組合拳攻擊次數無關。八、第一回合和第二回合得分,與總得分有明顯的相關性(r=.77,.73,p<.05)。顯示出拳數以及攻擊次數多未必能增加得分,唯有加強選手攻擊的準確度與力道,方能有效提升得分。
This study focuses on analyzing eight male boxers who participated in the final of 2009 Asian Elite Men’s Boxing Championships and discuss their attack technology. The data of this study is obtained by videos. Using descriptive statistics, t test of independence, one-way ANOVA, LSD posts hot tests and Pearson’s product-moment correlation to analyze the number of punches, rate of single punch, rate of combinations and frequency of attack. Also to compare the athletics difference between nationalities, weights, types, rounds, and winner and loser. The results of this study were: 1. Front Hook occurs most frequently and is also the most frequent single punch. The front Jab + Back Straight is the most frequent combinations. 2. Different types of boxers have no significant difference between attack technology and scores in each round. 3. There is significant difference between the total scores and scores in second round of the winner and the loser(t=3.27,4.03,p<.05). 4. Total combination punches are significant different among various national boxers(F=8.80,p<.05). 5. The frequency of single punch in second round has significant difference between different categories(F=33.83,p<.01). 6. Total scores have negative correlation between the punches of Back Hook and Back Uppercup even between single punches of Back Uppercup(r=-.71,-.52,p<.05). 7. The frequency of combinations was no effect on the total scores. 8. There is significant correlation between scores in first round and second round with total scores(r=.77,.73,p<.05). Conclusion: There were no correlation between more punches or higher attack frequency with higher scores. Suggest to improving attack accuracy and straight that will be more efficiency increase score in boxing games.
