| dc.description.abstract | 排球運動團隊中，團隊內選手必須先自我學習，不斷加強練習戰技並強化整體比賽觀念，進而才會朝向學習型組織層次發展。繼之，如何透過教練專業團隊的成立，選手組織文化的養成，不斷激發彼此間的專業智慧與技能成長，將是有效增進排球領域教練專業的水準，是為當前體育運動領域與排球教練所需面對與深思的課題。所以本文從學習型組織的概念中分析，並整理、歸納出學習型組織於排球運動團隊領域之運用，冀以所研析之結果能對排球領域有所助益。研究結論如後：社會的演進與變遷，使得運動團隊的經營更形加複雜，唯有加強教練本職專業知能，強化自我超越能力，改善訓練與專業程度的心智模式，並應對人、事、時、地、物的不同，適時調整與選擇合宜的領導行為，方能創造良好的訓練情境及共同願景目標，帶領排球團隊邁向更高的技術層面，如此的積極開創，才能讓排球運動領域真正成為一個學習型組織。 | |
