Abstract

近年來,藝術行政管理人才之專業養成,為台灣表演藝術團體所迫切解決的課題之一。由於台灣表演藝術團體愈來愈重視這些觀念,經常引用商業中的理論基礎與實務作為旁證,卻對「經營與管理」之執行規劃之深度與認知度不夠使然。

本研究以行政院文化建設委員會90~94年扶植演藝團隊舞蹈類取樣研究,分別是雲門舞集文教基金會、台北民族舞團、原舞者、光環舞集以及台北首督芭蕾舞團。主要目的在於探討台灣舞蹈表演團體的成立背景、行政組織架構、人力資源管理、財務管理、經營方式、行銷管理和經營問題。

透過文獻蒐集探討、現況回顧、專家訪談、調查紀錄以及SWOT等研究方法,並以理論與現今藝文環境互相印證,進行分析台灣舞蹈表演團體的經營的優勢、缺點、機會、威脅與問題的分析,釐清個案之類型與特性。對於不同表演藝術組織之經營方式,給予重新的思索的角度。並整理出一個舞蹈表演團體最適經營模式,提供我國舞蹈表演藝術團體經營管理之參考。


ABSTRACT

One of the most urgent problems of the performing arts organization in Taiwan is how to train and educate the art administrative personnel to become a professional. Instead of clear planning and complete cognition about operating or managing the organization, they usually just quoted the commercial theories or actual examples as circumstantial evidence.

This study is based on six samples of dance performing organization which are subsidized by Executive Yuan in 2001~2002. They are “Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan”、“Taipei Dance Circle”、“Taipei Folk Dance Theatre”、“The Formosa Indigenous Dance Foundation of Culture and Arts” and “Capital Ballet-Taipei”.

The main purposes of this are to examine each dance performing organizations about their own background of establishment、the framework、the management of human resources、the financial management、operation management、marketing management and the problems of operation.It relies on the analysis of literatures、the records of investigation and the SWOT analysis to figure out what are the advantages、the weaknesses、 the opportunities、 the threatening and problems of the dance performing organizations in Taiwan. Furthermore, it provides a new thought for the managers and an optimal operation model for reference.
