Abstract
單一次長時間、高強度的運動,在運動之後可能產生免疫能力暫時性的抑制現象,本論文目的要了解青少年游泳選手,平均年齡17.4±1.0,在充分的休息狀況下,進行單次長時間、高強度訓練後,黏膜免疫能力與唾液荷爾蒙的變化情形。9名青少年游泳選手,進行2個小時,總距離7200公尺的訓練,強度平均為受試者最佳成績的80.5 ± 6.1%,在運動前、運動後、運動結束1個小時分別收集唾液進行分析。結果發現,唾液免疫球蛋白A/總蛋白質、乳鐵蛋白/總蛋白質在運動後顯著下降;-澱粉酶、-澱粉酶/總蛋白質、唾液抗菌能力在運動後都會顯著上升。另外,唾液睪固酮在運動後顯著下降,但在運動後一個小時就恢復運動前水準。總而言之,在本論文中青少年游泳選手在充分休息後,進行高強度訓練,黏膜免疫能力在訓練後產生補償作用,可能可以降低呼吸道感染的風險。
The impact of prolonged strenuous exercise is known to cause temporary impairment in immune function. The study was to assess the effect of intense swim training on various salivary parameters in mucosal immunity and salivary cortisol, testosterone in well trained adolescent swimmer. A secondary objective was to assess the effect of exercise on salivary antibacterial capacity. Nine members volunteered to participate in this study. Each subject performed 36x200m front crawl at average 78(3.6)% of their best time. Salivary samples were obtained before, exercise immediately and 60 min post-exercise. There was a significant decrease in the ratio of immunoglobulin A to total protein and the ratio of lactoferrin to total protein following exercise. However a significant increase in -amylase and the ratio of -amylase to total protein. In addition, there was a significant increase salivary antibacterial capacity (against E. coli) post-exercise. Salivary testosterone decreased following exercise, but returned to pre-exercise levels 60 min post-exercise. In summary, salivary parameters in mucosal immunity may exist a synergistic compensation effect to increase protection in the immediate post-exercise period.
