Abstract
本研究旨在透過實證研究方式,探討不同背景變項之國小高年級學童在課間運動參與動機與知覺運動阻礙因素之差異情形。本研究以立意取樣方式,挑選臺中市五所國小的高年級學童共285名做為研究對象,採用研究者自編問卷進行調查,並將回收資料經統計方式處理,獲得以下結論:(一)課間運動參與動機以「健康取向」與「人際關係」層面平均得分較高。(二)不同背景變項之臺中市國小高年級學童在課間運動參與動機上各有差異性。(三)課間運動之知覺運動阻礙因素以「缺乏機會」層面平均得分較高。(四)不同背景變項之臺中市國小高年級學童在課間運動之知覺運動阻礙有多方面具顯著差異。根據以上結論得知,課間運動為訓練國小學童養成規律運動習慣的重要時機,學校行政單位與教師如果可以設計多元、有趣的運動規範,對於提高學童參與課間運動的動機將有更積極的影響。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school students’ motivation of participation in recess sports clubs and factors of barriers to sports perception. The 285 participants were in the fifth and sixth graders from five public elementary school in Taichung City and the study was investigated through questionnaires. The results presented : 1) the average score of “Health orientation” in students’ motivation of participation in recess sports clubs is the highest, 2) there is a significant difference between the elementary school students’ motivation of participation in recess sports clubs and the variables, 3) the average score of “Lack of opportunities” in factors of barriers to sports perception reaches the top, 4) there is a significant difference between the elementary school students’ motivation of participation in recess sports clubs and the variables of factors of barriers to sports perception. Therefore, recess time in elementary schools is the important time that students cultivated their habits of exercising. Furthermore, there would be more positive influence on students’ motivation if teachers and school administrative staff design multiple and interesting sports curriculum.
