Abstract

本研究之目的在於將電子競技運動之本質與分類作出明確定義,並探討電子競技運動在國內外之發展現況,以及不同運動定位對其之影響,進而擬定電子競技運動在我國發展的合適策略及建議。本研究採用質性研究方式,以文獻分析及深度訪談並重的方式對於電子競技運動之政治、經濟、社會及教育四大層面進行探討,受訪者包括我國學界、業界、政府及選手共計八名代表性樣本。研究發現電子競技運動之定義為透過電子軟硬體器械進行符合競技運動規範的運動行為,具有軟體性質、硬體平台、連線與進行方式的分類,其發展現況尤以歐美、南韓與中國大陸最為興盛,惟我國仍停留在起步階段,由於運動定位不同,政府和業界投入與選手競技水準由低至高依序為休閒運動、競技運動、職業運動與體育定位,本研究根據我國國情佐以國內外電子競技運動之發展經驗,歸結出政府、業界、學界與選手之短程、中程及長程發展策略共三十項,其目標依序為正名推廣、穩定發展與躍升強國。


The purpose of this study was to make an in-depth research on electronic sports. Including its definition, classifications, state of play, and the influence of different sport-orientations, and then redact the suitable strategy of development in Taiwan. The methods of analytic literature and in-depth interviews are adopted, with the scope of political aspect, economical aspect, social aspect and educational aspect of electronic sports. There were 8 representative correspondents from academies, enterprises, government, and players. This study revealed the definition of electronic sports, which means to reach the purpose of playing a ruled, tactical, skillful, and fair game by using electronic hardware and software. Electronic sports can be classified by the differences of hardware, software, connection and playing types. Different from Taiwan, the developments of electronic sports were blooming in Europe, America, South-Korea and China. The introjections of enterprises and government were influenced by different sport-orientations such like recreation, sport, professional sport and physical education; it also influenced player’s skill level. At last, this study made 30 strategies from 3 objectives: definite popularization, steady development, and leader becoming.
