Abstract
本研究的主要目的在瞭解2006年卡達亞運會中華軟式網球國家代表隊接受為期8週的專項體能訓練,探討實施軟式網球的專項體能訓練,其訓練前、訓練中與訓練後的專項體能訓練效果。並以男、女選手共10位為研究對象,測驗方法以專項體能訓練11項為主分別為: 1.斜右前衝刺、2.斜左前衝刺、3.右側併步、4.左側併步、5.左側衝刺、6.右側衝刺,第1~6個項目是以單打路線為主。7.斜右前衝刺、8.左側衝刺、9.斜左前衝刺、10.右側衝刺,第7-9個項目是以雙打路線為主。11.綜合測驗。
本研究測驗結果資料,經統計分析獲得以下的結論:
軟式網球代表隊女性、男性選手體能測驗其訓練前與訓練後專項體能效果之影響:經過實施8週專項體能訓練後,在11個變項中,男性選手只有1.斜右前衝刺(單打路線)未達顯著差異(p>0.05),其訓練前、中、後之專項體能測驗成績並沒有進步。其餘變項,女性、男性選手均有顯著水準(p<0.05),其訓練前、中、後之專項體能測驗成績均有明顯進步。
本研究經過八週訓練結果資料呈現,女性、男性選手在前、中、後階段的測驗成績來看,在前測階段成績最差,平均在中測階段(第五週)的測驗成績進步幅度最大,體能狀況也是適應的穩定期。
To study the effects of specific training programs for 8 weeks on the athletes from Taiwan National players for Asia Game in Doha 2006, ten male and female athletes of were recruited. 6 evaluating tests about gility such as forward right across-rushing, forward left across-rushing, right side step-touch, left side step-touch, left side rushing and right side rushing were exerted for the singles’ performance and 4 tests such as forward right across-rushing, forward left across-rushing, left side rushing and right side rushing for doubles. The results have shown that the reaction times of post-training programs for 8 weeks are significantly short than pre-training in all the tests except forward right across-rushing for male athletes. The improvements of athletes progress along the training program period. The best promotion happened during middle period of training program at about the fifth week. In conclusion, the specific training programs can obviously improve the reaction times of both the male and female athletes.
