Abstract
本研究目的在探討八週振動訓練對自閉症學生運動體適能之成效。以國中三位自閉症學生為研究對象(年齡14.9±0.3歲、身高165.0±3公分、體重68±8公斤)。受試者於訓練前一星期進行體適能測試以瞭解其基本體適能,此一階段本研究稱為基線期,八週震動訓練期間稱為介入期。以八週振動訓練觀察體適能變化(振動頻率30Hz、振動幅度2mm、持續時間一分鐘、重覆次數為10組、振動形式為間接刺激法、訓練頻率為每周三次、訓練時採屈膝110度)。在介入期,每次振動訓練休息五分鐘後進行體適能測驗。在進行八週振動訓練後,依據基線期與介入期資料進行圖示分析、統計分析,比較八週振動訓練前、後體適能的差異情形。經由圖示分析與統計分析結果顯示(一)柔軟度,總進步率28.5%(p <.05)。(二)平衡,總進步率214%( p <.05)。(三)爆發力,總進步率12.5%( p <.05)。(四)敏捷性,總進步率5.8%。振動訓練的介入,有助於自閉症學生基本體適能之「柔軟度」、「平衡」、「爆發力」能力方面的提升,但對於「敏捷性」能力方面是有進步的。
The aim of this study was to examined the effects of eight-weeks vibration training on autism students’ physical fitness. The subjects were 3 autism students (age: 14.3 ± 0.3 years; height: 165.0 ± 3cm; weight 68 ± 8 kg). The subjects received physical fitness test to build up background data one week before the training. The stage was termed “baseline period.” The eight-week vibration training refers to “intervention period”. The intervention included 30Hz vibration frequency, 2mm vibration range, 1-minute duration, 10 repeating times, in-direct stimulation, and 110 degree of knee flex three times per week. In the intervention period, students had a five-minute rest after the vibration training and took the physical fitness test. As finished the eight-weeks vibration training, the author examines the differences between pre- and post-training based on data from baseline and intervention period. The results show that students has improved their flexibility, balance, explosive, and agility with 28.5% (p <.05), 214% (p <.05), 12.5% (p <.05), and 5.8% respectively. Hence, the intervention of vibration training has positive effects on flexibility, balance, explosive, and progress on agility for the physical fitness of autism subjects.
