我國女子足球選手生涯規劃之研究

本研究目的在瞭解我國女子足球選手在運動退休前之生涯規劃與否，對於運動退休後的就業是否有影響。

本研究採質性研究法中的訪談及開放性問卷為蒐集資料的主要方法。以1993年至2001年當選國家隊之我國女子足球選手，共32位選手為研究對象。訪談所得資料，在瞭解其過去在學時期的學業與訓練調適狀況、在競技運動時的生涯規劃、運動退休的情形。藉由此資料，以期提供現役選手及體育與教育相關單位作參考。

本研究的發現如下：

一、我國女子足球代表隊選手結束其運動生涯主要是因為經濟問題及運動傷害。

二、我國女子足球代表隊選手運動退休前之生涯規劃方面，生涯規劃對於當時兼顧學生與選手身份的選手而言是很重要的，且都一致認為退休前需要做規劃。而在參加代表隊時，只有50%有生涯規劃，其餘則沒有想過。

三、我國女子足球代表隊選手運動退休後所從事的職業中，有21人於學校擔任教師或組員，其餘則是在公司行號上班。但整體情況來說是良好的。

四、我國女子足球代表隊選手運動退休後，大部分的選手在發展職場生涯時都很順利，並沒有遇到什麼困難；但也有許多選手發展的並不順利，她們面臨自己缺乏工作經驗、專業知識及工作技能不足等等

五、我國女子足球代表隊選手期望教育單位及行政單位於生涯規劃上提供師資培育機構訓練機會，專業知識及技能課程及培育第二專長。另外可以架設有關生涯規劃資訊的網站，讓運動員作參考。

根據研究結果及參考相關文獻，本研究對我國現役優秀女子足球選手在運動退休前之生涯規劃方向、體育行政、教育相關單位及未來相關研究提出建議。

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the experience of national women soccer players in occupation, how career planning influences their future and whether or not they succeeded.

32 subjects were national soccer players who participated in this study. The research methods included interviews and open-mind questionnaires.

The main explorations of this research are:

1.The national women soccer players who terminated their sports career due to injure and economic problems.

2.In career planning, it was very important to set a clear path due to the fact that national women soccer players have to balance many tasks and roles at the same time. Suggestions were to incorporate your habits, professional skills and interests while doing the planning. Only 50% of the players made plans while on the national team.

3.Most of the national women soccer players work in sports related industry, such as teachers, coaches…etc, very few of them work in the office. No matter the career path chosen, overall situation was well.

4.Most of the national women soccer players did not have problems in developing a career after retirement. On the other hand, there were problems which include lack of work experience, professional knowledge and skills in that field.

5.The national women soccer players anticipate the educational department to work with teacher training institutes. In order to train professional knowledge and develop skills. Language learning is very important. In addition, they can set up websites and put on some information about career planning, which could make career planning easier for players.

From doing literature reviews and surveys, this study made several suggestions. For the ending, it will provide some advice to athletes who are still playing soccer at the present moment and administration departments in the sporting world.
