Abstract

本研究目的在探討1600公尺跑走測驗、12分鐘跑走測驗及三分鐘登階測驗三種常用於檢測國中生心肺耐力測驗之差異分析,並與跑步機測VO2max做相關比較,試圖找出國中男生最適合預測VO2max之測驗方式。以七名國中八年級男生為受試者,測驗過程全程配戴Metamax 3B氣體分析器,量測各項測驗在運動中及運動後恢復期90分鐘之心跳數、心跳率、呼吸交換率、能量消耗、呼吸次數以及運動後過攝氧量(EPOC)等生理參數,先將四項測驗做運動前後之差異比較,再分析各測驗間之相互關係。研究結果顯示:一、登階測驗在運動前後之呼吸交換率無顯著差異。二、登階測驗在運動中之能量消耗、呼吸交換率及心跳率皆顯著低於1600公尺跑走及12分鐘跑走測驗。三、登階測驗恢復期呼吸次數及所測得之心肺耐力指數與VO2max無顯著相關。四、1600公尺跑走測驗在恢復期之心跳數與能量消耗顯著高於跑步機測驗及登階測驗。五、1600公尺跑走測驗在總EPOC、EPOC1及EPOC2方面,皆顯著高於12分鐘跑走測驗與登階測驗。六、1600公尺跑走測驗成績與VO2max達顯著負相關(r=-.887, p<.01)。依結果推估,登階測驗在運動強度及運動時間方面皆明顯不足,並且測得之心肺耐力指數及恢復期呼吸次數皆與VO2max無顯著相關,因此不適宜當作預測VO2max之心肺測驗,而1600公尺跑走測驗在心跳率、運動中能量消耗以及各時段累積EPOC的速度方面與跑步機測驗較具同質性,加上1600公尺跑走測驗成績與跑步機測驗所測得之VO2max具高度相關,即可解釋1600公尺跑走測驗是較適合用以檢測此階段青少年心肺耐力之測驗方式。


The purpose of this study is to investigate the three kinds of tests as 1600-meters walk-run test, 12-min walk-run test, and three minutes step test that are used to find out difference analysis in test cardiorespiratory fitness of male junior high school students, and they are conducted of related comparison using treadmill to test VO2max, with an attempt to find out the most suitable testing method to predict VO2max for male junior high school students. For this test, 7 grade 8 students are being employed as the subjects, and they will put on Metamax 3B gas analyzer throughout the entire process to measure heart beat times, heart beat rate, respiratory exchange ratio (RER), energy consumption, respiratory times, and EPOC and other biological parameters. First, difference analysis before and after sport is conducted for these tests, and then conducted of cross relationship among each of the tests. As indicted from the research results: 1 before and after step test, there is no prominent difference for RER; 2, energy consumption, RER, and heat beat rate of step test are all prominently lower than those of 1600-meters walk-run test and 12-min walk-run test; 3. breathing times during recovery period of step test and cardiorespiratory fitness index detected are not prominently related to VO2max; 4. heart beat times during recovery period of 1600-meters walk-run test and energy consumption are prominently higher than those treadmill test and step test; 5. for 1600-meters walk-run test in holistic EPOC, EPOC1, and EPOC 2, they are clearly higher than those of 12-min walk-run test and step test; 6. score of 1600-meters walk-run test and hVO2max have prominently reached negative correlation (r=-.887, p<.01); As estimated from the result, step test is clearly insufficient in terms of athletic intensity and sporting time, and the cardiorespiratory fitness index detected and breathing times during recovery period are not prominently related to VO2max, therefore, it is not suitable to be used as cardiorespiratory fitness test to estimate VO2max. As for 1600-meters walk-run test, its heart beat rate, energy consumption during sport, and speed and EPOC accumulated in every stage are much homogeneous to that of treadmill, in addition to the fact that score results detected from 1600-meters walk-run test and that detected from VO2max are highly correlated, it can then explain that 1600-meters walk-run test can be taken as the measures more suitable to test the cardiorespiratory fitness of youth during this stage.
