Abstract
  背景:肌內效貼布使用於運動傷害的預防和處理,使用者也開始關心肌內效貼布對功能性表現的影響。目的:本研究目的為探討肌內效貼布對膝關節等速肌力與垂直跳躍表現的影響。方法:12位健康男性受試者參與本研究。測量受試者慣用腳在有、無肌內效貼紮兩種情況下的等速肌力和單腳垂直跳躍表現,等速肌力測試包含測試模式(向心/向心,向心/離心)。統計:以配對t檢定(Paired t test)比較有、無肌內效貼紮時的等速肌力數值和垂直跳表現。結果:受試者在等速向心/向心收縮模式時,有肌內效貼紮時的最大力矩(120°/s)、總作功(60°/s、120°/s與300°/s)與平均功率(60°/s與120°/s)顯著大於無肌內效貼紮時的等速肌力數值。有、無肌內效貼紮在等速向心/離心模式測試和垂直跳躍測試的表現皆無顯著差異。結論:肌內效貼布能改善膝關節伸肌在等速向心收縮時的最大力矩、總作功與平均功率。
  Backgroung: Kinesio tape is used to prevent and heal sport injury, and users are concerned about the effect of Kinesio tape on functional performance. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Kinesio Taping on knee isokinetic strength and vertical jump performance. Method: Twelve healthy male student participated in this study. Isokinetic muscle strength of and single-leg vertical jump performance were measured with the dominant leg in two different conditions, Non-taping and Kinesio taping. Isokinetic strength tests included two test modes (CON/CON, CON/ECC). Statistics: Paired t test was used to determine if there were significantly different between two taping conditions. Results: Peak torque (120°/s), total work (60°/s, 120°/s and 300°/s) and average power (60°/s and 120°/s) with Kinesio taping were significantly greater than without taping. There was no significantly different in CON/ECC mode of isokinetic test, neither in vertical jump performance. Conclusion: Kinesio taping could improve peak torque, total work and average power of knee extensor in isokinetic concentric test.
