Abstract
教學光譜是一種多元的教材教法,在應用之中有的是遵守教師的指令學習,有的是讓學習者自我創造思考,其中多達11 種教學形式。透過有效的教學方法,經實施後達成預期的教學目標,讓學習者可以透過最簡單的方式達到教學者所預設的結果,並讓教學者可以依照學習者的學習能力去調整教學形式,以達成有效的教學方法,經過不斷的修正教學形式後,以找尋到一種屬於適合的教學方法。教學光譜是現今教師所必備的教學參考範本,可大幅提升教師在教學成效上的實質的幫助。因此,藉由Mosston 教學光譜理論應用於國術教學之中,以探討在國術教學之成效,並作為教師教學形式之參考依據。

Purposes: With different times the teaching models always follow students’ characteristics and situation to adjustment. Previous the Martial Arts teach environment less use of the reciprocal teaching. The purpose of this study was to the reciprocal teaching uses in Martial Arts of classes can let students from self-learning to share own skill each other and effective promotion teaching of quality. Method: Application literature of analysis the teaching spectrum and Martial Arts and choice the reciprocal to do class’s teaching. Through literature of analysis to apply Martial Arts course. Conclusion: The reciprocal teaching easy to use that and to enhance student’s interest and get support in learning Martial Arts. Teachers get more time to observe student’s status that to adjustment for the needs of students. Suggest: Increase the difficulty of teaching Martial Arts to be can the research objectives in the future. And for the student’s characteristics using different learning model. Hope the teaching research can provide teachers as a teaching model. Let of teachers teaching Martial Arts have more directions.
